OMG! What a meal, what service!
by wkrik
We decided to sit at the bar and Kerry (you'll know him when you see him, he can't be missed) is an awesome bartender. The first thing we noticed was an amazing (but very pricey) Italian wine list. We had the Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, for $75, but we know it is $25 in the stores. When perfectly chilled at 58 degrees, it is an amazing wine. Fiamma's wines are all perfectly chilled. We were looking for something out of the norm and Italian, we were not disappointed. I had this incredible Kobe beef wrapped in Risotto that was lightly fried/crisp with a cream sauce. It blew me away! My wife had the short Rib Ravioli that she thought was unbelievable. Others at the bar saw our plates and all were asking what they were and also ordered them. Am I done with this review far from it. Next we ordered the Gelato, OMG WOW. After traveling to Italy, this is the real stuff! Pick three flavors, but make sure you get the "Espresso Chip", it will knock your socks off. We're still not done! Next Kerry brought over these small little after dinner chocolate cups filled with warm caramel that was the icing to the evening! 5 stars all the way for the food, the service, the wine, chefs, the owner, and especially Kerry!
- Pros: Food, Wine selection, Service
- Cons: None

The atmosphere is fun and beautiful, you can go for a girls night out or a romantic dinner with your man! I love the bartender that changes his accent every 20 mins!! LOL He rocks!
- Pros: Food, atmosphere, bartender and everything!
- Cons: Nothing
Kudo's to the chef!
by Love2Live
This is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.. The food is insane amazing, atmosphere is great and the chef is young and handsome (at least I think it was the chef). I would recommend everyone experience this restaurant. My personal favorites were the Branzino (delish fish), Salmon and the Arancine (crispy ball that has KOBE beef, ummm). Excellent!! KUDOS TO THE CHEF!
- Pros: Amazing Salmon
- Cons: NONE!
GREAT Italian Food!!
by ouchic2005
My boyfriend and I dined there on Saturday night and all we both had to say about the food is that it was AMAZING!! We started off with the Mozzarella salad - tomatoes and mozzarella - and it was delicious. He had the Raviollini which had rib meat and it was hands down the best raviollini I've ever had. I ate the Spaghetti with the Kobe meatballs and it was awesome as well. We sat at the bar before being seated and the bartenders were wonderful, the waiter we had was ok but the rest of the staff was very attentive and the ambiance was great. I'd highly recommend this place if your looking for some great italian food. The check wasn't too bad either - it was about $70 for 2 entrees and an appetizer - no drinks. Well worth every penny though. We'll definitely be back when we go to Vegas again.
- Pros: Food - my boyfriend has been to Italy and loved this food, Drinks (at the bar were great!)
- Cons: Nothing
Worth a try

Phenominal. Stopped by for a last minute dinner with a bachelor party. I decided on this restaurant because the menu, while not huge, had a variety of flavors to offer. We had a broad range of diners, some very picky eaters and others with polished palates. Fiamma had something for everyone in our party.
Everyone thought their entree was exceptional except for one who, while he enjoyed it, was not overwhelmed by his spaghetti and kobe meatballs. Our waiter, David, was more than educated on the dishes, and offered recommendations that didn't disappoint.
Prices are reasonable for the location. The only thing I was surprised at was that no manager touched the table despite us having a large party and the restaurant being only at a quarter capacity. I work at a fine dining establishment and our managers touch every table at least once even on 500+ cover nights. I realize that we weren't dropping a mortgage payment and going for a three-course dinner as many in our party were on a budget, but having a manager stop by is the quickest way to get me to come back and go all out next time.
Hostesses and bartenders were more than welcoming.
- Pros: Broad range of flavors in a moderate sized menu. Delicious entrees.
One of THE BEST Italian meals I've ever had
by lbcfoodie
With out a doubt, I had one of the most amazing Italian meals I have ever had while at Fiamma. GET THE SPAGHETTI!! You won't be disappointed. The description is: Fresh Cut Chitarra Spaghetti w/ Braised ?Kobe? Meatballs & Pomodoro....so simple, but one of the most flavorful things I have ever tasted...all of the ingredients combined just fit perfectly and exploded in my mouth.
I am usually not compelled enough to write reviews on this site too often, but I had to make an exception for Fiamma. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out next time you are in Vegas. Yes, it's pricy, but in my opinion, worth every penny.
- Pros: Best Italian Food, Hip trendy atmosphere, accomodating for special orders
- Cons: Very expensive
"Italian fine dining... hold the fine and easy on the Italian."

I?ve never been to a place so hyped up, yet so disappointing. I went to this place after spending an amazing night out at Tao the night before. Needless to say, this place was below average. Where to start? We ordered drinks that seemingly took hours to come out, one by one. There were 2 waiters for our table and together, neither of them had a clue what was going on; one of them with a huge attitude and the other so servile that you couldn?t even ask him for a recommendation! Anything ordered was an ?excellent choice sir.? It took almost 2 hours to get our food; this is some of the blandest Italian food I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken was dry with no flavor. There is a spaghetti dish that is comical? you could do better buying a packet mix. Even the little things were not executed right; drinks with no lemon or lime, small requests like a cup of ice (asked for 4 times) received 15 minutes prior to getting the check. And the check! I have no problem paying up for good food, like Asia de Cuba or Nobu, but this was insane. If you know nothing about food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you go to hundreds of restaurants a year like I do, then you will find the highlight of this place to be the decor. We communicated much of this to the manager. Why isn?t this guy hitting the floor? I would urge him to see what?s happening in his restaurant. It was comical, him asking us to come back and give them another try ?on him.? We don?t need free meals, but we do need service and food that vaguely excites the palate. Until this place fires their chef, shapes up their wait staff and the manager actually cares about what?s happening in HIS restaurant, proceed with caution. If anyone reads this at Fiamma, maybe you should try to emulate this Italian restaurant: Spiaggia ? This is a Levy restaurant. This is true fine dining with flare, not the slop we were served at your establishment. How this place survives is beyond reason.
- Pros: Nice decor, cute bartenders etc.
- Cons: The food is mediocre at best with a hefty price tag, wait staff that don't care
Best fine dining Italian restaurant on the strip!
by krodas
Fiamma has got to be one of, if not the best, fine dining Italian restaurant I've ever been to! Everything from the ambiance to the expansive wine list was fantastic. The wait staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and always very courteous. But the main focus of the night was definitely the food! I can?t even begin to describe how delicious everything we tasted that night was! We shared the Straccetti and Polipo as antipasti; the Raviolini and Agnolotti as pasta; and the Branzino and Tagliata as entrees. Everything from the Straccetti to the Tagliata was to die for! The flavors all complemented themselves and each other perfectly and the portion sizes were perfect. Bigger than what you would normally expect to get at a fine dining restaurant. All in all I was more than pleased with Fiamma and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who knows good food and expects to get it!
- Pros: Great food, great ambiance and great wines
- Cons: none
Mediocre Food
by dd123
My husband and I got a last-minute reservation from our hotel concierge and felt very lucky to be able to dine there last week. The decor is very modern and service was very good. The disappointment is the food ? everything was overly salty: breads, Caesar salad, fried calamari (also slightly overcooked). My parpadelle in Bolognese sauce was over-cooked and mushy. My husband?s rigatoni with ? portion of white truffles didn?t have enough taste of the truffles (may be it was too harsh to compare to the truffles we had in Bologna Italy). To top off the mediocre experience, we had to pay $5 for a soft drink.
- Pros: Ambience, service
- Cons: Food
The best meal I have had in Vegas
by smooph
A small group of us went to this restaurant on a weekend jaunt to Vegas, and we were all SO glad we did. We shared several appetizers, a lovely salad, and a bunch of entrees- all were excellent but I was very partial to the short ribs with polenta- couldn't beleive how yummy it was. The wine list was amazing too. My only problem was I was full by the time we got to the desserts. (Not that it stopped me!) All around, a great little place.
