I apologiize
by JimmyPizza
I want to start out by apologizing for not being more careful to whom I sold my pizzeria to. On August 26, 2005, after building a tremendous following and standard for quality, I sold Papreza?s Pizza to Towers Investments, L.L.C. The parties involved in Tower Investments, Inc., Jouse Torres & his brother David Torres did not adhere to the standards of quality and excellence that I build Papreza?s Pizza on. Although I have no plans in the near future to open another Papreza?s in Las Vegas, I wanted to set the record straight and let all of my patrons know what happened. I currently just won my case against Towers Investments, Inc. Again, I apologize that the party that I sold my pizzeria to didn?t adhere to the standards that made Papreza?s #1 in Las Vegas. Sincerely, Jimmy Pieprzyca

Ate there once before and service was slow and rude and pizza was mediocre at best. I'm from Chicago and this is not what good Chicago pizza is like.

Best pizza anywhere in Vegas
by lovepizza333
Well this was my first time here and I felt as if I was a regular I was treated very well. THE best part though was the food I ordered a medium All In deep dish and I swear it must have weighed 10 lbs and was hands down the best pie I ever had I have found my pizza place for life. Thank you Paprezas for deliverying a great product.
- Pros: Food and service
- Cons: Not many tables to sit at...
DUMB 16 yr. olds messing up your order yeah!!!
by jingojango
My GF and I tried Papreza's. We ordered a small thin crust and "chicago style" pizza. However, we were given two thin crust pizza's. When we questioned the order, the 16 year old cashier stated that all the pizza's where "chicago style" (we were suppose to say deep crust chicago style instead of traditional or thin crust according to the cashier). During our questioning of the misorder he resonded "it is no big deal is it?" as opposed to actual proper customer service comments like, " I am sorry for the misunderstanding or would you like a new pizza." While waiting for our pie a fellow 16- year- old came in for her check and was with her 13- year- old friend, it was so pleasant listening to them ramble about parties and substances aloud in the pizzeria while dropping F-bombs while I waited for my incorrect order, the pizza was mediocre and the staff was incompetent, don't bother with this place until they pay the help more than minimum wage. I actually was leaning over the counter to help the kid use the touch screen during the ordering process, this may be a good place to eat but I will never know because I will never return. Also, the website was unusable, so we had to make our disdain live.
- Pros: uh...........none
- Cons: *see write up
Truly authentic Chicago Deep Dish Pizza!
by katz9
I've tried deep dish pizza in many places outside of Chicago and they have all been medicre at best. Papreza's is by far the best, in fact, it is better than alot of place's in Chicago. The only draw back is that the place it not really designed to eat your pizza there and Deep Dish is best eaten right out of the oven. I wish it wasn't so far away from where I live. Unfortunately it is closed.
- Pros: Great, Authentic Deep Dish Pizza.
- Cons: Place not made for eating Pizza there.
Very good pizza.... poor customer service.
by manwthnoname
I'm an ex-Chicagoan (thank god) and one of the few things I miss about that city was the pizza. Tried Papreza's on a lark and must admit that it is very good. It is extremely filling and has a nice weight to it. It is a substantial meal.
The only bad part was the service. The cashier called me "babe" and was so condescending that even after I corrected her, she handed be the pizza and said to, "have a nice day hun." I again told her that is not the way to deal with customers and she said she was from the south and that was how they did things. The very next customer she greeted with "sweety" and she looked at me and rolled her eyes at me repulsed by this service.
Anyway.... the pizza was good. Get with the customer service!!!!!!!! Train people and don't let them do things the way the feel like it.
The best pizza with great customer service,

Allways fresh, best topings and selections from artichoke hearts to jalapenoes(spl?), checken, spinach any combo you want. It may take longer but this is fresh. The best takes a little longer. Salads, sandwiches, chiken wings, THE BEST
- Pros: TREATED VERY GOOD. FEEL LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY
- Cons: SMALL PLACE, NEEDS MORE TABLE SPACE.
The Best Pizza ever!
by Embigguns
Their deep dish pizza is just the best thing ever. It is so much more than crust, sauce and cheese. The medium deep dish weighs 11 lbs!!!! I am now addicted. Best pizza in my life.
- Pros: value, taste, location
