What a bunch of baloney!

I tried to speak to a physician- no where to be found. Called the Complaint center , got back to me a month later with an unbelievable justification for their false advertising. The staff insisted that the laser they used was the best. In fact, they did not even know the difference between a true class 4 laser and IPL! While the public may not know the dif, it is clearly unacceptable for the staff of a LASER clinic to be clueless about the differences . Scary stuff! Do your homework people! I am an expert in the field of laser hair removal and would never patronize American Laser Centers--at any price!

Professional, Nice Staff and Atmosphere, Good Choice

I have been going here for a few months, and love the relaxed atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly and helpful. I never had problems with my laser removal, no burns or discomfort, and the hair stopped growing as much, I've seen results. They also have some financial plans for you if you don't have all the money at once, they'll work with you depending on your income.

Overall, a nice experience!

Actually works

The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable. I highly recomend american laser center to anyone. I have see wonderful results and am going to continue with more packages. I have been getting my neck lasered and i have no more ingrown hairs and see a great reduction of hair only after a few treatments. If you need laser hair removal, go to american laser centers!

Great environment, great prices, friendly staff!

My initial consultation was both informative and inviting.

My first laser hair removal treatment was amazing. Laser hair removal is a lot more effecient than the old electrolisis sessions. It is a far better value as well. I am anxious to see the results after a few more treatments!

Love this place!!!

This place is very nice! Great people and they give great service! Very patient and helpful. If you really want hair removal, at least one treatment will show you that this place actually works! Friendly friendly staff and I can't stress that enough! :D

Excellent customer service

I would highly recommend this business to anyone. They have excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. I have been coming here for over two years for laser hair removal and for chemical peels and my experience has been nothing but positive. This was my first experience with this type of business and again my opinion is very positive. I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the results of the procedures I have received here

great customer service and very professional

I am very fortunate to find this association. I have been looking for this for a long time. God knows how many places i went to relieve all my hair problems. Now that i found American laser I will highly recommend it to my family and friends. In fact my 2 daughters are currently having a treatment too.

I am very happy with Ms. Leslie Keller the manager she is very nice and it makes you feel very comfortable

all the time. She treat you like family. All the staff specially Lyvier is very professional she will tell you straight forward what you will feel and that is very good . Like I said I will highly recommend American Laser to my friends and family. More power to you american laser clinic.

A contest SHAM, and odd behavior.

This place had an online contest I entered and I "won". Excited, at first I was very turned off once I arrived. Come to find out I didn't win anything because to get my free treatments I had to buy a "package". There was "no" small print t warn the consumer or other procedures I could get in leiu of this. It was buy this $1900 package or get lost. The lady spoke to me in abnormally "loud" voice that made me very uncomfortable and I grabbed my belongs and left. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. They are overpriced and deceitful.
