Unprofessional and horrible customer service!
by flash308 at Citysearch
Not only were the employees rude, from the staff at the front desk to the stylists, I got the worst color and cut of my life! You would think paying over $200 you would get quality services but that is not the case at this place. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find another salon. I am so disappointed in Aveda for even letting this salon be in buisness! Also, they may want to look into getting some new managment!!
- Pros: Aveda products.... thats about it
- Cons: unprofessional, bad service, rude managers, not worth the high prices
awesome place for body treatment
by journeykat at Citysearch
the staff there is all very friendly and i have never had a bad experience there..ever. I go there often for treatments and always walk away satisfied. Not only do they remind you via phone call, but they also remind you of your upcoming appts via email which i think is awesome. They always seem to fit me in when i call and never give me any grief. Everyone there deserves a big pat on the back-- they do an awesome job and very customer friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Who is recommended for womens cut?
by cut09 at Citysearch
Maybe the problem is he person who is cutting hair it also doesn't state if it was a cut for a woman or men. So who knows who is getting a good haircut.
So I want to know who is reccomended there for a good haircut for women and like how much does it cost?
Thanks!
They truly know about hair and it's so relaxing!

After reading the reviews below a lot must have changed over the year, because I have been going since February this year and have seen the same stylist since because she has helped recover my hair after excessive damage from another stylist at a different salon overprocessed my hair! I absolutely love Aveda Salons in the first place and when I come here it upholds my expectations, my stylist always ensures that I know what will be applied to my hair and ensures that I'm satisified with my hair cut before I leave. Thats true customer service and the receptionists are always very welcoming and so kind. If your military they offer a military discount too.
- Pros: My stylist saved my hair!
- Cons: Aveda Prices... are a little high
So unhappy!
by superfab31 at Citysearch
Lets see..... pretty much a waste of money. Snobby employees and horrible managment! Not too mention my hair looks so bad! I called to let them know and they ignored me and acted like they really didnt care what so ever. I am sticking to my other salon. I thought I would give them a try considering Aveda is a great product.... what a mistake! Now I have to get my hair fixed and I will not be going there to have them ruin it again!

Best Salon and Staff in all of vegas

Really Know Hair
by glossyveneer at Citysearch
The first thing I noticed about this place was how friendly and professional the staff was, both on the phone while making an appointment and once I got to the salon. They offered me water or tea while I waited. My wait wasn't very long (I was early for my appointment) and the stylist lead me back to get my hair washed. While the conditioner was working it's magic, they treated me to a neck massage and hand massage. I received a scalp massage as part of the wash as well. It's all part of their relaxation treatments that are part of a standard haircut service. Once back in the chair, the stylist noticed problems with my hair due to a recent illness when I hadn't mentioned them. He told me ways to ensure proper hair health, ways to nurse my hair back to health and gave suggestions on the cut to greater complement what I had initially requested. I left as a 100% convert to this place and I will be going there for as long as I live here in Vegas. It's that good.
- Pros: Nice environment, professional and knowledgeable staff

maybe i'm naive but i'm certainly impressed

what can i say, WOW! about 8 months ago we bought a newly constructed home. Because it was a new area there were no strip malls or anything for that matter so, needless to say i had to start searching especially for a good place to get a haircut.. so i decided to look into city search and check into an area that was a convenience and i found that Centennial Hills was near one of my clients so i figured i'll try it. i'm a guy and i don't frequent these places. So i'll tell you what i've been missing... you woman are spoiled rotten.. and now, so am i.. the service, the atmosphere, and what they do besides cutting hair is just phenomenal. It's truly worth the price.. and the price wasn't that bad either... OUTSTANDING. i'm telling my wife cause i know she will enjoy it also...
- Pros: atmoshpere, staff, skill
- Cons: haven't seen any
