Carpet right away and very good service

we found them on craigslist and they had a special for installatin for $88. they were also the only store that had carpet in stock. we went to several places and everyone had a wait. they were on our list from the internet and it was a very good experience. we saw some of the reviews and it worked out very well. no complaints. great service and the carpet went in the next day.

harry&spencer carpet liquidators

i was looking for a place to buy carpet my first stop was home depot ,they should spend a lot more time to train there so called sales people before i could make up my mind what carpet to buy the sale person was telling me that home depot will not move anything that has a plug connect to it and.most of my home furnishings has a plug i walked out [their prices was high anyway.my second stop on the way home on pecos was carpet liquidators a salepreson named spencer came right to me asked what i could for you i was looking for carpet but before i pick out any carpet i have to know do you move furniture the man then assured me there is nothing that we cannot work out we will get the job done i told him what i had in my home a72"tv a showcase of 5 pieces and alargebedrm set slot machine with stand exercise equipment after telling him that he didn't flinch i felt good already i then picked out carpet and got a price of of spencer i told him i would think about it and when i spoke to my wife she said lets check one more place rc willey we went to there flooring department out of 5 salespeople no one could help us i went to one person and ask could he help me i would like to buy carpet he was so damn rude i walked away went to a manager told him what happened that we really couldn't get any help he walked over to flooring with me and went to a lady salesperson and asked her to help us all she could with are needs she helped the first price she gave me on 1100' or as they would say 125yards was $7,000 dollars and telling me what great carpet it was needless to say i left dear old rc willeys ps i don't know why the wife wanted to get price from them she must have forgotten our little ordeal with i bought tv from them i a sure the price was $6000 and more it went out on me just blacked out i called them to help me the reply was we sell tvs not repair them call a repair man and couldn't suggest one .that's rc willeys for you i then went back to carpet linq.and went in the store a different sale person came to me immediately his name was harry i asked for spencer he was off that day harry said he could help me with anything i then told him i wanted to stay with the sale person who started with me especially if you people work on commision harry said we are all family here and don't work on comm. it told him what i would like and that i already had my measurements i gave him a deposit and harry said that he is going to have spencer come by tomorrow and check out the measurements for free and look at what furniture i had to move the next day was sunday spencer came by check out everything and told me he could not see any problems that his installers would be there tudeau morning they came on time tuesday the two men was great made a [plan started it right away moving my furniture they was very good at what they do when they moved something it was like it was there own i was concerned but not after watching them for a few minutes they took out the old carpet cleaned up the floors then the padding went down then the carpet as they was doing i was watching it went smoothed and done to perfection the whole house including the big 72 tv and showcase cabinets by the end of the day when they left it was a well done job my wife and me are very happy

Good deal

This was a good experience for us. We found an ad on craigslist and took one of the specials that they advertised for a house of carpet and they did exactly what they said they would. the installers were professional and they vaccumed the house when they were done. they did not try to sell us something else we got what we went there for and we would recommend them.

Great deal

This store was the only one that we found where we didn't have to wait for our carpet to come in. We did find something that we liked very much and had it installed. It seems that most of the places we went to they told us it would be 2-3 weeks for the carpet. We also read about a couple of stores that had longer delays and the people that bought their carpet felt like they were taken advantage of because of the long delay. THe reviews of carpet liquidators we very good. More was written about them than anyone in the valley. We are very happy with our carpet. The advertising and reviews are right on regarding this store. Everyone was very nice and the installers did a great job. You should check the website because they are giving away gas now. We received $100 in gas.

Just as the reviews say!!

We went through Google to find carpet and ended up finding Carpet Liquidators. We are on the west side, and that store had a fire so we went to the store on Pecos. The website for the store offers a discount for people coming from the west side which we used. What we read about these stores turned out to be very true. We went in on a Tuesday and found some carpet that we liked (the store is HUGE) and they had plenty of carpet to chose from . They sent someon e to measure our home the same day, he actually follwed us to our home and on Wednesday we had carpet installed.

The installers were great they did a terrific job and even vacuumed up after themselves. Our sales person was great and very low pressue. We got two phone calls after the job was done to make sure we were happy. the owner of the company called us too.

We give them 5 stars, it was worth the drive.

Very Happy

We shopped around and ended up reading the online reviews for Carpet Liquidators. What we read about was true. The west side location had a fire and we found a coupon for anyone that has a west side address which made the drive worth while. Very good service. We found carpet that they had in stock and had it put in right away. Every other store that we called or went in to we had to wait for installation. This worked very well for us. The installers were very good and the experience was very positive. Glad for the online reviews.

Very Happy Customer

We had a great experience with Carpet Liquidators. We went to them before the holidays to have our carpet replaced prior to our family coming in over Christmas and New Years and they came out to measure our house right away (they didn't charge us) and they put our carpet in within 2 days. They offered to do it the next day but we were not ready.

They moved very fast and provided very good service for us. This was a very good experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great

Great sales person, great installer and a great experience, we heard from the owner after it was all done too. We read the online reviews after deciding it was time to finish our remodeling. They gave us an estimate in the store with the measurements I brought with me. The carpet was actually less because they found a couple of places to cut corners. We saved money as far as I am concerned. The experience with Carpet Liquidators was first class and everything that the reviews said it would be.

Great service and great carpet

I can not say enough about Carpet Liquidators. The reviews that we saw on this site and at Yahoo got us into the store as part of our travels when we started looking for flooring. Everything that we read about them turned out to be true. In a town where so many contractors are liars and take your money and run this was a great experience. We went in and looked at carpet. The salesman was really helpful and no pressure. He sent his measure person to our house and the next day before dinner, just like he promised, our carpet was installed.THey never changed the price and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The installers even bring their own vaccum to clean up after they are finished.

We were able to download an online coupon from the website of the store too. The coupon was to be used on in stock carpet which we picked. This was a great experience for us.

Great

I had a great experience with Carpet Liquidators. We had them carpet the entire upstairs of our house and including the stairway and they did an amazing job. We asked them about the carpet in two downstairs rooms, one office and a bedroom and they actually told us to have them cleaned because the carpet in those rooms was not that old and recommended a cleaner to take care of us rather than sell us more carpet. they were extremely honest. They said if they did not clean up that they would refund our money for the cleaning and put the carpet in. The salesperson actually said that he did not want to see us spend more money than we need to. I sing their praises to everyone now.
