So does anyone know what was up with Celine's show on Friday night the 12th? I was sooo dissappointed. I went to see a concert and she BARELY performed for one hour. I was a fan until that performance (or should I say lack of performance). She opened beautiful, absolutely wonderful, approximately 7 great songs, but then it went downhill. She did too French songs and two Frank Sinatra songs. Then she only did a few more songs and then it was done/over. That's it. What a disappointment, such a hipe for such a let down.
Amazing voice
I'm not really even a Celine Dion fan. My wife surprised me with a trip to Vegas including show tickets to see Celine Dion and the show is awesome. Her voice is amazing and she seems to really like performing in an awkward sort of way. The choreography was visually very interesting.
One of the Best even if you don't like Celine
My husband and I are not big Celine fans but we had to give it a try and we are both glad we did. Celine has one of the best voices hands down but the show is not all about her "whell maybe mostly about Her" but the dancers and set design was bar far some of the best work we have seen. This is coming from a NY girl that loves broadway. It's worth the money. Must see show .. You will enjoy even if you are not a fan.
an amazing show
i'm not even a celine dion fan; don't get me wrong, her voice is absolutely amazing, i've just never been compelled to buy any of her cd's. they did SUCH a great job with this show visually, that you'll be a fan by the end of the night. the props, the lighting, the backdrops, the dancers......it was truly breathtaking. even if you sit up in the balcony, the teleprompter will allow you to see every expression on her face. this was truly a magnificent show, worth every penny.
Best Show In Vegas
Celine Dion's A New Day is undoubtedly the best show in Law Vegas. Regardless of whether or not you are a big fan of the diva herself, it is impossible to deny the immense amount of talent she and all of the other performers exude. With the help of the large cast, every song becomes a visual experience evoking many different emotions in the audience. The gigantic LED screen adds greatly to the visuals creating backdrops and a depth of stage unparalleled by any other spectacle. A New Day should not be missed.
