Had an up-do on MY WEDDING DAY the girl could not have been ruder. She made snippy comments to my sister and friend and had snotty remarks about my choice of jewelry. Additionally the cost was ridiculous in relation to the quality of the work and when I confirmed the cost with the receptionist she rudely replied that the website prices are merely estimates and the stylists set their own prices. I would not recommend the hair salon.

I like coming here just to use the amenities, the treatments are too expensive and there is too much pressure to buy stuff but I loved the hot tubs and steam rooms. I had the ionithermie here. It was fun and seemed to work (results do not last) but then I was expected to spend anothe $200 on product....no way!

Pros: Relaxing and gorgeous

Cons: expensive

This spa was clean; the staff was friendly and nice; and the facilities and amenites were good BUT I do have to say that I was not impressed by the well-being massage at all. I received a detox body wrap and full-body well being massage. It was more like a detox body wrap and a quick rub-down. For $250, I should have floated out of there completely satisfied, when in all reality, I was only half-satisfied.

I travel to Vegas about 6 times a year, and the Elemis Spa at the Aladdin is by far the best spa I've been to! I HIGHLY recommend Sarah if you are looking for an attentive and blissful massage. She specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue. If you are the kind of person that likes light massages, I would recommend the Well-Being Massage - you will be tingling all over! Feel like splurging? -then get the Fragipani Hair & Scalp Conditioning Add-In to the massage, you will feel like you're on cloud 9! If you are looking for a pedicure that is out-of-this world, I recommend the Sole Delight Foot Treatment by Bobbi - she is fabulous! Manicure Only??? - Then Theresa E is the way to go - she's very good, and she loves what she does! I Love this place - I can't wait to go back!!!!

Pros: Excellent Services, Pampered Like Royalty, Best Steam Rm & Jacuz

After reading the review on Citysearch, I decide to come here with my girlfriends during our stay in Las Vegas. we were not disappointed - the spa is gorgeous and the staff are really nice. They have a ton of things in the spa - a really nice jacuzzi and steam room & sauna - and they don't just accept hotel guests like the other spas - anyone can go! We all had really great massages - I had a bathing ritual which is like having a personal whirlpool jacuzzi before your massage - it was heaven! I would really recommend thhis spa - we are already planning to go back next year.

Pros: jacuzzi, nice staff, good services

Cons: none

I have been to many spas in Las Vegas and this is by far the best. The spa is on the Mezzanine level of the hotel, and is really breathtaking! The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. The facials are fabulous, Jill's La Therapie facial was AMAZING! I had an AromaSpa Float and wrap - it was heavenly - DeAnna was brilliant! The jacuzzi, steam room - all the facilities were fab - I have recommended this spa to all of my friends - you HAVE to go for the best spa day of your life!

Pros: Beautiful Spa, Friendly staff, Great products

Cons: None, None, None

This place really took care of pre wedding stress. I splurged on a massage and lime ginger scrub. The spa was incredibly relaxing - the music is so soothing. My masseuse spent time determining what areas need the most work and was very thorough. I never felt rushed and was really able to relax into the treatment. Totally worth it! I hope the spa doesn't change when Planet Hollywood takes over.

Pros: music, atmosphere, treatment choices

Cons: price
