Lazy waiter/bartender

My wife and I were in there the other nite for a few drinks and dinner. They have a great menu, and the food is even better, but the staff was LAZY. From the time we were seated, it took almost 20 minutes until someone decided to take our order. And then I noticed that our waiter was busy chatting up a storm with the bartender when our drinks were empty! Then when we re-ordered drinks the bartender was too busy texting! The staff belongs at McDonalds, but then they would just get fired over there!

• Pros: great food and atmosphere!
• Cons: poor service :(

Bad Televisions

I love Roadrunner, its a place to take the family and get good food. The atmosphere is well done. The only downside is the TVs around the bar and seating area are terrible. The color and brightness are fading on the HD TVs, and the tube TVs are trashed. If they would replace even a few, I would give the place 5 stars. If you don't care about watching NFL games etc...then I highly recommend.

• Pros: Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Give-a-ways!
• Cons: Old used TVs that makes it hard to view games

Roadrunners by 215N

I was very pleased when I walked into Roadrunners but was soon met with displeasure. Our waitress was rather lazy and forgetful. She had to take our order for drinks numerous times. Then it took forever to finally get them. She often acted as if we were inconvenient to her and acted as if we couldn't get the time of day...When we asked for our bills separate she rolled her eyes and walked away. I would suggest giving Roadrunners a shot but don't be surprised if you get bad service!

• Cons: Service but you can get bad service anywhere!

Great food!!

The food here is amazing. They have the absolute BEST macaroni and cheese in town. I love the atmosphere. Roadrunner is one of my favorite places to go. The graveyard bartenders are always extremely friendly as well.

A Favorite Place

I have gone to both this one and the one on Flamingo Road and both are favorites of mine. The food is consistently good (especially the steak salad and the mac and cheese). The decor is fantastic and the bar area is anything but standard with high back "living room" chairs and huge booths. The best thing though is the patio. Fire pits, couches, booths, comfy chairs and (at the Flamingo location) at bench swing. Well done landscaping adds to the experience. It's a great place to watch sports too - indoors and out with out having a large screen tv over the bar. Call ahead for outdoor seating though - they often have special events that close the patio.

Average Food/Great Decor

I've been to the Roadrunner twice. Once to the bar for appetizers and once to the dining room. The appetizers were above average. The dinner I ordered - Dr. Pepper Steak Tacos - wasn't very good. The meat was stringy and tough. My husband ordered the Meat Loaf and LOVED it.

Regardless of the food, this restaurant is MEGA COOL. The bar has multi colored leather wing chairs. The southwest decor and outside seating area (with fire pits) makes this a must for out of town guests. The prices are good and the service is too. Just don't order the Dr Pepper Steak Tacos...

It was nice going to a bar in Vegas where they actually remember you and you can still have some drinks without needing a credit check. The food was actually very good also.
