THESE GUYS TOTALLY FREAKIN JAMMED ME!!! BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE!!! I TOOK MY CAR HERE FOR A SIMPLE PARTS CHANGE AND THEY INSTALLED THE PART INCORRECTLY. ALSO, THEY REINSTALLED MY AXLE INCORRECTLY WHEN THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER. I TOOK THE CAR RIGHT BACK WHEN I HEARD A SUSPICIOUS NOISE AND ASKED "WHY THE NOISE RIGHT AFTER THEY WORKED ON IT," AND WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANIC "I DONT KNOW." LONG STORY SHORT - IT COST ME $1,700.00 AT THE DEALER (WHO BY THE WAY DID DOCUMENT THE FACT THAT THE PART THEY INSTALLED WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY) AND A WHOLE LOT OF MY TIME TO FIX WHAT THEY F***D UP! I AM NOT ONE TO POST NEGATIVE REPORTS ABOUT AUTO SHOPS - BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST! I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ABOUT THE JAMMING THAT OCCURED WHEN I LET SUNSET AUTO IMPORTS WORK ON MY CAR. INCLUDING HENDERSON SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Pros: NO PROS - THEY JAMMED ME!

Cons: UNPROFESSIONAL - INCOMPETENT - UN-TRUSTWORTHY

I have lived in this area since 1985, the experiences that I have had with car repair have been horrible. That is why I can say that Mike at Sunset Auto Import Service is THE best place to take your vehicle. I will recommend his shop to my friends, family and anyone who asks if I know a good place to get work done on their car. This shop and the people that work there are professional and take customer service to a whole new level. A level that every business owner should strive for.

wonderfull experience. clean, friendly they really wanted to help. never seen so many happy customers. prices were fair. place was busy very busy. Im a happy customer I will recomend I will go back.

Mike and the guys at Sunset are honest and reliable. Me and my husband have been coming to them for the three years since we've lived in Las Vegas and we have no complaints. Also a girl I work with at my job has been using them for about 8 years and has no complaints either.

Pros: Can usually find whatever problem your having with your car and will not charge for unnecessary work

Cons: Not open on the weekends

the best shop this side of texas. this guys are frindley and honest. the guys are great and good. wish more shops were like this one.

honest, reliable great work clean, every body spoke English. you could really count on this place mike and the crew are just wonderful. I LOVE THIS PLACE

I got riped and riped bad by this place. I went in to get a timeing belt replaced and to have them F it up. Set the damm thing to 20 when it was meant to be 10. I'm very displeased when I went back after 2 days no one was around and said they would not warrenty the work on the vechial. I'm out $390 and still had to go to another shop to have it replaced. I do not recomend this place to anyone for any work now if they could speak English it might be a little easier to get them into a court room.

Pros: Not one

Cons: Learn English its the Bloody USA. Needs to learn how to useing a timeing gun.

Mike and everyone at Sunset Auto have always taken care of me! Instead of telling me I needed additional work they actually told me that I could wait to have some work done until later and then did it for free when I finally had my car serviced (another place said it had to be done THAT day i.e. by them for $300!!!) I've never been dissatisfied with Sunset Auto ever!!!! I've been a customer for the last five years. My car has 180,000 miles on it and is still running like new thanks to Mike! They are just the greatest!!!! I think the person who wrote they do not speak english is thinking of the wrong place! I've never even seen a person at Sunset Auto who doesn't speak english! Plus they always know what they are doing, they've been in the business for YEARS! Make sure you know what you're taking about before you write a bad review!!!!!!!
