Since moving from california to vegas was a challenge, searching a good Japanese (sushi) place was going to be even more diffifcult. I went to the sushi factory back in october of this year. It is a small place, has a seperated sushi bar from the sit down tables. The service is a bit slow, but the food is really good. I like that the portions of sushi are bigger than usual. The prices are a bit expensive, but I like the place, so i'd probably go back when i have a craving for sushi.
Pros: Big portions of sushi, open until midnight
Cons: parking, slow service
