I took my shih-tzu for shots, nail trim, and a routine check up to SAH. The receptionist seemed more concerned with cleaning the windows than checking me in. Then another receptionist (named Melody or something) came in; she seemed to be polite but wasn't attentive or helpful, completely incompetent. She said some one would be with me shortly, then walked around for a minute until another receptionist named Patrice who seemed to already have her hands full walked in and instructed her to assist me. Dr. Ceballos was great . The next time I went in, the same "cleaning" receptionist named Zoya from last time was there except this time she wasn't cleaning. I signed in and stood at the counter for a good ten minutes and she didn't even acknowledge me until I guess her boss walked in!! Dr. Ceballos is great but I wouldn't go there again. They need to hire more and better reception staff and stop giving their current staff all that over time, they're paying them extra only to be rude, irritable and incompetent with their clients.
Pros: Dr. Ceballos
Cons: Two blondes. Need I say more?

I would never use this place for ANY type of care for my pets. The staff is R-U-D-E, especially the office manager Yuvula. She is very unprofessional as almost if she still is in highschool. She definalty doesnt need to be in any management position. They should place comment cards out to see how people really feel about their service. But wait the "great office manager" wouldnt want people to know how UNPROFESSIONAL and rude she is. My dog was scared after she left. Not sure what they did to her. It took her a couple of days to return to a normal state. DO dont go to this animal hospital. Oasis animal hospital is right down the street in the smiths parking lot. Sunridge might look like a good place to take your animal, but trust me! DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT
Pros: Nothing!!!!
Cons: A whole lot

I have a new puppy so I was a little nervous about taking her somewhere and we are new in town so I couldn't get any recommendations. The staff made up feel welcome and answered all my questions. The doctor was extremely thorough and treated my pup like she was the most special puppy. We went in frequently while she was getting her series of shots and the staff began to know her. I feel very safe bringing her here and know she is getting the best care possible!
Pros: Friendly Staff, Clean Environment
Cons: Not too many parking spaces...

Very nice office, Great neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Varela, the next "dog whisperer!" No one touched my dog because they were afraid of her. She would snap often at people. Dr. Varela walked her on a leash and into his office to get her teeth cleaned, and it was amazing. Very pleased with the overt care they showed for my precious pet. Very caring and nice people. Would highly recommend this nice clean office in a terrific location.
Pros: All good stuff here.
