This Pilates Studio is adjacent to a Gold's gym. After a Gold's workout, I decided to take a Pilates one on one class. The instructor, Pason, spent an hour with me stretching and strengthening my entire core. Pason was intelligent and articulate. She explained what each movement represented as we proceeded through the hour. I will schedule an hour with Pason everytime that I visit Las Vegas. It was the my best money spent in Las Vegas.
