Fast and healthy!

It never ceases to amaze me that 90% of what is quick for dinner is either horrible for you or expensive. Baja Fresh is grilled, perfectly seasoned and healthy. The tacos (especially the Mahi-Mahi) have the perfect balance of meat and tortilla. Things don't fall out of the shell and all over your plate, nor do you take a bite and wonder if there was anything in the tortilla besides cheese.

• Pros: The wide variety at the salsa bar
• Cons: The chips are addicting!!!

High tables and a busy open kitchen welcome diners into the spacious, brightly lit black-and-white interior. Just minutes after cashiers take customer orders, fresh-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas (stuffed with steak, chicken or seafood) arrive on the nearby counter. The menu also offers several plates of greens, from typical taco salad to fancier bowls with shrimp or mahi mahi. A stainless-steel bar offers several salsas, plus jalapenos, limes and cilantro for seasoning.

They have call ahead ordering if you want to pick it up and even have a special line for call ahead orders. everything is fresh and so delicious!

i miss baja

baja is the best and only "fast food" ive ever eaten...im on the east coast now and man do i miss what is good! there is NO real mexican , no real good food fast and omg i want a real fajita so badly!

Incredible Flavor!

Baja Fresh is by far my favorite restaurant. I live in Vegas, but I eat it everywhere I go, and the quality of the food and customer service are always excellent. And, since everything is made after I order it, I can be very specific about my order and not worry that it's going to be incorrect, or that my food is actually "pre-prepared" like at many other establishments I've tried. The restaurant is always sparkling clean and the food is fresh every time.
