ServiceMax (also know as "Hippo", also known as "Yes") merged with Air Max and then failed to honor the warranty on a 4 year old A/C unit Air Max had installed - even when Service Max serviced the same (Air Max) Lennox unit on a service contract. The unit had a 10 year parts and labor contract. The homeowner had to go through a different company to have the original Lennox unit repaired - and suffered several days of 110 degree heat along with a run-around to exhausting to describe here.

Cons: failure to honor warranty and service contract

$175 to drain a slow kitchen sink is quite excessive. They were only here one hour. I told them what was needed. There were no parts involved. Nothing to fix. Just a sink to snake. When I called "service magic." I did get a return phone call. I called back, but it was after business hours. I called today and was hung up on, and was transferred incorrectly twice. I will now have to file a complaint with The Consumer Affairs Division for the State of Nevada, and forward that report to all Las Vegas Television Stations. Save your money. Call Larkin, Interstate, or Rakeman Plumbing.
Pros: they arrived in a reasonable amount of time
Cons: the price is twice what anyone reputable plumber charges
