Awesome

by BritMill87

I loved this place. We had so much fun staying here. The people at the front desk were super nice and sweet and helped us in figuring out how to get around town and where to go. Our room was a great size and it was really cheap. (Off season, or course) I've never stayed here before, but I'll totally stay here again!

  • Pros: Great room, fun atmosphere

The Coolest, Funnest Resort

by jboch1

You walk through the front doors, great young atmosphere and music. The check-in is a few steps away and the elevator to your room is only a few more. In other words, this place isn't running you halfway across the planet by slot machines or past restaurants just to get to your room. Other resorts process you. This place pleases you; from the great-looking staff at check-in, at the tables, in the bars and at the pool to the great restaurants (definitely try Little Bhudda - the best apps and atmosphere!). I love this place. If your looking for brilliant gold fixtures, statues and water fountains, not to mention same-as-everybody-else service...don't come. If you want a place that makes you happy, energized and satisfied...the Palms is it.

  • Pros: Cool atmosphere, short walk to rooms, great restaurants and bars
  • Cons: sames as everybody else in Vegas service

Horrible experience

by traveler_usa

Management is unprofessional and discriminatory. The people at the hotel refused to acknowledge my reservation despite credit card confirmation.

  • Pros: None
  • Cons: Hotel management is unprofessional

great video poker

by LHEFFE

Palms has some of the best video poker in the city. Full pay dueces wild is the best there is even though you could still lose a lot of money.

A little overated

by gordsam

Nice casino but it tries to please both the locals and tourists and that's hard to do. The rooms are very nice and the restaurants are very modest in price. The nights, however belong to the under 30 crowd. We enjoy gambling their during the days much better

  • Pros: Great, especially for the Video Poker crowd
  • Cons: Identity crisis.. is it for locals or tourists?

Better than average

by muranodiva

So the good things about this place are the Ghost Bar, the Playboy store, and the fantasy suites. Other than that it is still to me just another nice looking hotel and casino. I know it's like THE trendy place to go for singles and young people, but I don't see too much special about it. I only go there when some of my friends beg me to go and check it out. I'm not saying it's bad by any means, it's just a little bit better than ok.

I GOT THE DEAL OF A LIFE TIME!!!

by jaylaurino

i can only judge from what i got for $60.00 a night, and i am sure that this wont ever happen again, but they put me in a HUGE suite!! i mean really huge, a good 2500 sf! two full sized bathrooms huge bed room , huge living room , 8 people could have stayed here no problem and i was by my self! every thing was really nice the 800 thread count linnens, the top of the line bath room products big screen tv's (two of them) the nice bath robes, top of the line all the way, one problem the first night i was there was the neon sign was right out side one of my windows and it was making a buzzing sound that kept me up, but i told them about it and they fixed it.sure it is a very young and loud crowd, and if you are over 30 you feel a little out of place but my room was fantastic!!

  • Pros: I GOT A HUGE LUXURY SUITE FOR $60.00 a night!!!

It's a California hipster vibe at this towering off-Strip resort.

by Contributor

In Short
A great, swirling neon coxcomb crowns the 42-story tower in a design that's unique among Vegas hotels. The 95,000-square-foot casino is done up in a style more often seen in a Starbucks than in a traditional Vegas resort: lots of deep, rich, highly polished wood and varying pastel shades of green and purple. If there was ever a Vegas property to embrace the contemporary Californian design aesthetic, this is it.

Great Place to Stay!

by killertofu4

We stayed here for valentines and loved our room so much. They put us on the very top floor and the views were incredible.

VERY comfortable beds and quiet considering most the people that stay here are in their 20's-30's.

Easy parking, great slots, and a smaller casino so it doesn't take you an hour to get to one side from the other! I will be coming back here again :)

  • Pros: Great Beds, Affordable, Clubs
  • Cons: none. Great parking
