I waited for 10 minutes before getting up and walking in my robe to the front desk. They had forgotten about me and hurried to arrange a therapist. After waiting 20 minutes, my massage began. I was told I would get 90 minutes for a 60 min price. I was upset when the therapist only gave me a 25 minutes total, due to her having a client right after me. I was very polite and left to get changed. The receptionist asked how I enjoyed my massage, and I said, I would not be back. She asked why and I told her it was like I was an inconvience to them that day. I was not rude, but she knew there I was very dissappointed. I have heard other stories but much worse than mine about Euphoria Day Spa at different locations around Las Vegas.
Pros: clean, nice mens lockerroom, tranquil setting
Cons: , late starting appts., felt rushed!
