Do not listen to the negative reviews. My wife and I enjoyed our experience here so much that we rated the quality of the food top 5 ever. Although we did not have a canal view and yes our table "rocked" a little the quality of the food was incredible. Listen if you stroll in to this place for dinner do not be conscious of the price or you already are setting your self up for disappointment. Take your winnings and treat yourself or limit your losses and do the same. We had the best tomatoe mozzarella salad EVER and enjoyed the ravioli that was so incredible I had the chef come out to tell him. He explained to me that the sauce was a special sauce originally prepared for the Pope....enough said. The negative reviews just are not representative of what this fine restaurant has to offer. Order a bottle of water, dress appropriate.....and leave your young snotty attitudes in the clubs or the casino. And also be sure to share this experience with someone you love.

Great food, poor service. I went here for lunch with a friend There was a flyer advertising for brunch or lunch specials, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a quiet, romantic European atmosphere. They seated us on the second floor, next to a window which had a nice view of the canal with gondolas passing by. There was a good selection of Italian dishes, but we opted to share a lunch special at $19 pp which included appetizer, main entree and dessert with coffee/tea. The service was initially attentive, but about a halfway through our meal it was nearly non-existent. We were looking for a waiter, but it was a very long wait and it was unclear who our main server was. Also, though they weren't rude, they weren't friendly either. Overall, I'd give this place two and a half stars. It would have been above-average if they had at least average service and prices. Nevertheless, after a long and noisy day at the casinos, it was still worth a visit.

Burger King wanna be. Was equal to a cheap, low end burger joint based on staff service. Interior is amazing in finishes, food is for tourists that dont know. They could get similar service and food at a local Burger King

Snobby Service. My wife and I ate there May 28, 2008. It was not good. The waiter was very condescending - what a snob! He gave us dirty looks when we ordered plain water and beer instead of wine. Then they brought me the wrong food. The food was good but the various snobby comments and the dirty looks from the waiter made it a very bad experience.

Our server, from the receipt: 106 Team Six, Table 67

Excellent Food!. I just came back from Vegas today (4/21/08). I?m picky when it comes to food, especially Italian cuisine (I also consider myself an amateur chef). I lived in Italy for awhile, and I am somewhat snobbish when it comes to quality. This place is excellent! My father and I both had the fillet stuffed with foie gras (big enough for two), and the tomato & mozzarella salad for an appetizer. My fiancee had the linguini with lobster and shrimp, and my aunt had the sausage ravioli.

For all who unfortunately rated this restaurant as poor, you have no idea what good food tastes like (maybe the seafood buffet at the Rio would be a better choice?which is amazing by the way). I was in heaven at Zeffirino?s. My father and I both said that it was the best fillet we ever had?no joke. The buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes were unlike anything I ever tasted. The olive oil they used was simply the finest quality available. The linguini with lobster was fresh (huge pieces of fresh lobster?and I?m from Boston, so I know my seafood), and the sauce was amazing. Their ravioli may have been the best I?ve ever tasted as well.

For all who unfortunately received bad service/food: maybe it was how you dressed? This place is business casual, not shorts or jeans (I saw some people wander in from the strip?how rude of them to wear a swimsuit and sunglasses in the restaurant). The bill for the four of us (including 7 alcoholic drinks, no dessert?we were stuffed) was $236.00. Not bad for an amazing meal.

I?ve never written anything like this (generally I couldn?t be bothered). But after seeing a few disgruntled gamblers take a stab at this fine establishment, I just had to say something. Hats off to Zeffirino?s for their ambiance, service, and great food!

Great atmosphere and food. After playing tourist on the Gondola, we were looking for a place to have dinner. We saw Zeffirino's, liked the atmosphere, and decided to give it a try. It was a great dining experience. Nothing was lacking. You will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a cheap meal, keep walking because this is not the place. If your needs are good food, great atmosphere and service, eat here!!!!!!!!

great experience. My husband and I went to a wedding and ate here for the first time. We really enjoyed the food and the waiters were very attentive. Also the place is beautiful, great for pictures. It felt like being back in Italy. We hope to return sometime soon.

great lunch bargain for $25. My boyfriend and I were staying at Wynn and had eaten there every single meal, so we decided to walk to the Venetian to find something different for lunch. This meal ended up being the best meal of our four-day trip! (And we had eaten meals over $150.00) We decided on this restaurant because for less than $25, we could from a variety of yummy-looking three-course meals. My boyfriend ended up getting a delicious seafood ceviche (with LOTS of calamari and shrimp), braised chicken, and a trio sampling of their desserts with coffee. I ended up opting for just one dish instead of the three courses - lobster pasta. We could not stop raving about our dishes. Even the bread was out-of-this-world! We even ended up asking our very attentive and polite waiter what the name of one of the breads was called so we could order it at other restaurants. Also, this restaurant is the only one in the Venetian that has views of the canal and gondolas. I'm so glad I live relatively close to Las Vegas - my boyfriend and I have already vowed to come back to this restaurant every chance we get!

don't waste your money - pedestrian fare. While the ambiance and service were excellent, the food was the typical pseudo Italian fare. Had the price not been so outrageous, it would have been tolerable at best. Let me clarify, I KNOW Italian food , and this was like a glorified Olive Garden. The food was by no means bad, it was just americanized and poor quality. When I pay $58 for an entree, I have a certain expectation, quality wise...I do not understand what the others like so much about it, maybe they have never had good Italian cuisine. My honest advice, go somewhere else like Sensi at the Bellagio, if you want to spend money AND get good food. I stay at the Venetian, and I LOVE their rooms, but this restaurant is def. a no no.

THE BEST. My husband and I stayed 4 days at the Venetian what a fantastic Hotel but the Zeffirino's is my high light of the trip! Our waiter was wonderful, had the best dinner, there was not a thing wrong with this place. I even was impressed with the restroom everthing at this place is top quality.

When back in Vegas we will go back there even if we don't stay at the Venetian.
