Everybody likes Pink Taco...right?

Juli here letting you in our Monday outting to the fabulous Las Vegas staple Pink Taco.

Appropriately located in the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino where beautiful people are as in abundance as the slot machines.....usually that is....this particular Monday something was...well off.

The chi of the Hard Rock was in disorder, possibly there was a beautiful people convention going on somewhere OTHER than the Hard Rock that day, and we didn't get the memo....

AMAZING

I can't believe the negative review I just read. First of all, the pink taco is in the hard rock hotel in vegas.... there is no reason to be upset about drunk people speaking explicitly, that's part of the fun! the food is really fantastic..... and the service i've had when i've been there has been great.... and it's def not bad for people over 21, we took my mom there for lunch on her bday and she loved it and her standards for margaritas are some of the highest. This place is so much fun i would recommend it to anyone! If you don't like it, you clearly don't like to have fun....

• Pros: Fun Atmosphere, Great Drinks
• Cons: nothing.

I was appalled

So we enter the restaurant and are immediately greeted by the hostess asking us to sit at the bar. We walk into the bar....no seats. We go back to the hostess to have her seat us which she reluctantly does after getting off of the phone. Our waiter was very friendly, but failed to mention that the drink specials do not apply to people who do not sit at the bar. My Mojito was $11.00. What am I, in a strip bar?? So while we're waiting for our appetizers, a group of young people were yelling, screaming, flashing genitelia, and playing Truth or Dare. Yes in a bar. I know it's Vegas, but what are we 15 years old? The hostess then proceeds to sit a small child next to this outrageous group of people while they talk about sexually explicit things. I was so mad, my friend and I finished our appetizer, paid our bill and immediately asked for the manager. He smiled as I was visably upset asking him how he could allow that behavior when they allow small children in there. He did nothing. What a joke of a place. I would NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend it to ANYONE unless you're a drunken 21 year old who likes to make a total fool out of yourself. You'll feel at home there.

It was ahhhh okay

We visited this restaurant during our visit to Vegas and it was okay, but nothing special. The queso and chips were good. The tacos were a little blan, and the meat was dry. Our waitress was friendly, but I have had better. If I visited Vegas again I will not go back.

Festive joint serves inventive Mexican and boasts a wide selection of tequila.

Classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave your feet dangling and Mexican crafts decorate the dining room. The crowd varies from bikers and singles to locals and casino-goers. The later it is, the more festive the crowd. The menu includes the trademark "Pink Taco" (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas and black beans, topped with chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. For something lighter, there's chicken or vegetable tostada salad--a shredded salad with chipotle dressing.

i love pink taco

I have been there 4 times, and each time was great. I always find the dishes to be perfectly prepared!!! The decor is great, love the lights. the meals here are devine!!! I also love the lucky 7 cafe in the hard rock too, the milk shakes are too die!!!

Great if your under 21,Crowded,Invisible waitresses.

Arrived about 5pm, happy hour prices only apply if your seated at the bar. What a joke!!,good luck getting a bar seat at happy hour!! If your over 21,your too old to be hanging out here!.Took 45 minutes to get a watered down grade-b margarita.

• Pros: Felt like I was back in high school
• Cons: Happy hour is decieving!!

Above average Mexican dishes, decent atmosphere

Certainly not fine dining but better than average Mexican & Tex-Mex food in a nice (and surprisingly friendly) environment. Service was good, food was good, and prices weren't bad. Would definitely return for lunch.

• Cons: Only one dish was great

Smokey

Avergage mexican food that is overpriced. Good atomshpere for younger crowd. Very noisy and smokey. Non-smoking section right next to smoking so it doesn't help much. Lots of tequilla.

This place is fun, ya gotta love the name, too.... But the food was actually pretty good. One of the servers spilt water on my friend so they gave us some sangria free, nice service!
