I would say it is more of a dressy place. Was real impressed by wait staff. All I can say is I will be back when I come to vegas again.

Pros: Staff waiting on you, presentation of food along with flavor, Superb!

Cons: In a strip mall a distance from the strip. Kind of hard to find because site doesn't stand out from rest of strip.

There is not a lot more to say about Rosemary's -- the reviews below sum it up perfectly. This is a wonderful off-strip destination for any foodie visiting LV. The service is impeccable, the staff is warm and friendly, and the food is beautifully prepared and presented. My husband and I had the prix-fixe lunch ($23 each with the coupon on the website) and it was amazing. I had the beef and bleu cheese carpaccio, eggplant packets, and apple tart with cinnamon ice cream; my husband had the special salad (mesculun greens, smoked duck breast, goat cheese mousse rosettes, blackberries, mint gremolata, meyer lemon vinaigrette), soy-glazed beef medallions, and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was delicious; you could taste the love in each dish. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Run to your telephone and make a reservation now. Your stomach and soul will thank you.

Pros: fantastic service, great prix-fixe lunch deal

We recently had our 3rd year anniversary and choose to experience it at Rosemary’s Restaurant. Since we arrived we were greeted by name and our table was ready and service was very at tentative. I was amazed by the attention to detail. We enjoyed every thing about our meal with great pleasure. The recommendations from our server were great and very much appreciated. You really need to make it part of your trip or your occasion for fine dinning experience. Rosemary Restaurant is now part of our great memoral moments. Cheers!!!

Pros: Great Food & Service

Make your reservation well in advance and skip the $60.00 round trip cab ride from the strip by renting a car for the day, and ending with a fabulous dinner at Rosemary's. We loved the service, high quality food and the best 1/2 bottle of wine we ever had. Each course was unique and delicous. WE WILL RETURN.

In a town full of casino-backed, high concept celebrity chef restaurants, Rosemary's Restaurant stands out as a true Vegas original experience. The Arugula, Endive, & Radicchio Salad is a great starter dish. You can't go wrong with any of the entrees but always check to see what specials they have for the day... it's usually good stuff on the daily menu. They have this lemon tart dessert which is extremely tart so I wouldn't recommend it unless you really like a super strong tasting lemon bar. Overall, it's a great relaxing dining place off the main Vegas strip.

Pros: The Food is Superb

Cons: It's far from the strip for people visiting Vegas

I went and had the lunch prixe fixe menu, and in all honestly, I feel I may have gotten a better idea of the place if I had the dinner menu. I thought the food was great for the price, the service wonderful, and I love that it's basically the nicest mom & pop place ever. The food was delicious- but nowhere near the best I've ever had or most inventive. I think they did a great job with their location and it's a must if you have access to a car, however, I would not go out of my way to go there by taxi. The shrimp appetizer is a must and their desserts are divine. If I lived in Vegas I would visit them for lunch probably on a weekly basis. In my opinion- If you are not a self-proclaimed foodie you will adore their food. If you are, you will appreciate their food and realize what a great value you received. I can't say enough about their service and the wonderful success of their restaurant- but I don't think it's "the best restaurant in Vegas" as many people claim. I do think it's by far the best value in Vegas if you have a car. Without a doubt, this was the best 30/person meal I have ever spent. Also, print out the coupon or check promos on their website They are very gracious about accepting a coupon.

Pros: lunch prixe fixe at 22 dollars with a coupon

We ate Rosemary's on 10/11/07..what a disappointment. The amuse-bouche was terrible..some salmon mousse (smelled like bad salmon). I started with goat cheese figs..ok but nothing great (served a bit cold). My wife had Radicchio salad – again very ordinary – dressing was marginal. For entrees, I had lamb which was ordered medium and came out well. My wife had the fish (sea bass I think) which was again, just ok. We like salt, but either the fish or the sauce was way too salty. At some point, my wife had some fois gras which was good but nothing special. Desserts were the best part of the meal, some sorbets are what I remember..the chocolate cake was cold and dry. I did the wine pairing. Nice but not great. Our waitress was very nice, she should move on to someplace better. The grand finale. At the end of dinner, we asked one of the waiters to call us a taxi that takes credit cards (spent all our cash on the cab over..about $40.00). He never came back. I went to the front and asked one the hostesses to call us a cab. Get this..she takes out the yellow pages, looks for taxi and can’t find it. She tells me that there are no taxi’s in the yellow pages. She asks the manager or sommelier to help and he basically ignores her. He doesn’t even bother to help. I took the yellow pages found taxi’s in the yellow pages (yeah..they really are there, right after Tax..imagine that) and calling my own taxi on my cell phone. Don’t waste your time/money on Rosemary’s. For $50.00 less, we had a great meal at Mesa Grill and for 3x the money, we had a good meal at Alex (Wynn). A strip mall is where this place belongs because it is strip mall food (maybe on a good night).

Pros: Can't think of any (oh, was empty..wierd for a supposedly top place)

Cons: Location (if visiting), food, clueless staff, overrated

Rosemary's is a truly superb fine dining experience! The food is at its highest quality and the waitstaff is just as amazing. If you decide to dine here, I suggest that you go for the whole sha-bang...get a few appetizers, next try one of their dinner salads or soups, move on to one of their absolutely delicioius entrees, and finally finish the meal off with a mouth-watering dessert (might I suggest the flourless chocolate cake). The whole restaurant is quite small but extremely romantic and beautiful. It is situated outside of the Las Vegas strip and believe it or not...it is stuck right n the middle of a strip mall next to a Stein Mart but please DO NOT let this location fool you! The outside is questionable but the inside is truly picturesque and the food is a whole other story! Quite an enjoyable experience! Oh and by the way, Rosemary's can get pretty expensive so might I suggest going on Wednesday nights (Ladies' night) the women get anything they order half price! Also Costco is currently selling Rosemary gift cards that are good for $100 a piece...you get three in a pack for a discounted price. So if you plan this just right eating here can be quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place for an off the strip, fine dining restaurant!

Pros: Top of the line quality, romantic ambience, superb waitstaff, plenty of parking

Cons: when the wonderful experience comes to an end

This place has the best deal for lunch that can be found anywhere. Service is always fantastic and the food is excellent evrey time. Bluecheese coleslaw is unbelievable!!!! Forget eating on the strip this is the best in Clark County. Considering that the Strip is not in Las Vgeas even, contrary to popular believe, it is also Clark County. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know that is going to Las Vegas.

Pros: best lunch deal ever

Cons: none

Well this discovery came by mistake by my girlfriend. We were looking for a decent restaurant to eat in Las Vegas. We saw this restaurant and decided to look into it. Well we dont regret ever discovering this restaurant. Yes it is off the strip but it is well worth it to get away from all the gaudyness of the strip. It is hidden and excellent. Once inside it is a different world than what is looks like outside. It is quiet and nice and dark to make it comfortable to eat. The staff is beyond courteuous that I was left speechless. Also the fact that they give the option to drink wine or beer with your meal and they will help you pair up you meal with your drink. Now once you look at the menu you can just close your eyes and point you will enjoy it. I had a steak that was so tender and so savory I have not had one since that I can compare it to. Yes it is a pricey restaurant but it will be worth every cent cause the second you leave you will want it again. Like me I have been wanting to go back to Vegas not to gamble but to eat at rosemarys.

Pros: Food, Service, atmosphere and the drinks

Cons: Just a little on the small side
