Excellent! Only Four Seasons And Wynn Are Better
Contributor
I've stayed at Bellagio twice and had an excellent visit each time. The hotel itself is beautiful, highlighted by Dale Chihuli's Fiore de Como sculpture on the lobby ceiling, the flowers of the conservatory, and the fountain show. Guests rooms are on the large side and have excellent amenities. The restaurants are absolutely outstanding. Picasso and Le Cirque are my favorities. One of the few drawbacks is that the main tower guest rooms are a very long walk from reception. Also, service in some areas was spotty, due to layoffs related to the economy.I will surely return.
A fantastic attraction
by westie2
The fountains at Bellagio at night is the single best free attraction in Las Vegas. We are frequent visitors and never miss a walk along the sidewalk at night watching the fountains and listening to accompanying music. The Christmas holidays are particularly nice when they add a number of seasonal songs.
- Pros: Spectacular free attraction
- Cons: Does not operate when it is windy
Don't Miss It!!!

I have watched the show in both the daytime & the evening. I far prefer the evening show with the lights on, but both are an experience not to be missed. The music changes for each performance and the fountains magically dance & perform to the music. I have watched lively performances, romantic, dramatic, etc. It covers the entire spectrum. Across the street at Paris the outdoor seats at the restaurant with a prime view of the fountains are a prime commodity. Until you actually see it yourself, words cannot describe it.
The Best Place to End Your First Date
by cityslicker89147
Since 1999, the Bellagio's fountain attraction has been a favorite for both tourists and locals. For many, the fountains have been a romantic spot, even though there are so many people standing around you, sharing the same experience. But with the music and the open air, the lighting... it makes it worthwhile. If you take your first date there, be prepared to make your move- it's all about timing and the water works wraps the night up with a big red bow.
- Pros: romantic , great pictures, nicely put together
- Cons: crowded , traffic , parking
Wonderful

This is a very romantic place. I have gotten kissed there many times by my wonderful husband. It is by far one of the best Vegas experiences. I can stand there and watch it for hours...
- Pros: Great show, nice lighting, good music
- Cons: a lot of people, needs benches
This musical choreographed fountain show stops throngs of tourists on the Strip.

In Short
Bursting from beneath the 10-acre Lake Como replica, 1,200 jets spew forth dancing waters up to an incredible 24 stories in the air. Synchronized and choreographed by professionals, the fountains mesmerize onlookers with their fluid movements to a soundtrack varying from Broadway show tunes and opera to classical and pop. The clarity of the sound system--competing with eight lanes of bumper-to-bumper traffic--is amazing in itself, and often causes that very traffic to come to a standstill.
Fountains at Bellagio

Absolutely the best free show in Vegas! The best viewing is after sundown. Almost any angle is great, but make sure you are within hearing of any of the many speakersout front. It's a total sight and sound treat.
interesting

so simple and yet still more entertaining than the washed-up pirates up the street. stick around to watch them while "big spender" plays - it's well worth the wait. :o)
- Pros: free, pretty, not crowded

Bellagio Fountains!
by mjfergie
The fountains at the Bellagio have to be one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen. Pictures do not do the fountains justice. If you go to Vegas for anything you have to see these fountains in person! There is no charge and you can watch the show as long as you want.
- Pros: No charge, Breathtaking sight
