I can not endorse any other permanent makeup artist in Las Vegas other than Theresa. She did both of my sisters and my mothers eyebrows. The 3d technique was invented by her and I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. From the get go, I was impressed with her portfolio photos. My eyebrows turned out picture perfect.

The crescent silk and Siberian fur mink eyelash extensions last so long. Lower lashes are done but you have to ask for it for $30.
