Best Hi-Lites Ever!. I just got my hair hilighted by Jessica McCandless at The Body Spa West. She is a expert at hair color. My hair is very dark, and whenever I ask for hilights, I always leave the salon very Brassy. Jessica got it right! My hair is lighter, shiney, and not orange. This salon is the coolest, it has a cafe to grab lunch or an espresso. Her number is 378-7361. I am so happy with my hair.
