Thanks so much.. I am very pleased with the service GWM has provided me by handling my North Las Vegas property. Their experience and expertise assisted me in getting a very difficult tenant to vacate. I visited my listing on their website and viewed the virtual tour that showed how beautiful my home is which resulted in obtaining a qualified tenant so quickly. She just moved in! Thanks so much.

We are very happy that we chose GWM to represent us!. We are impressed by the GWM's professionalism and the results they have achieved. The property had nice advertising, and Sherry (our agent) kept us informed when she found potential tenants with good credentials. The rental process went smoothly as well.

Excellent to Rent From. My family and I are very happy living in the house we are renting from GoldenWest. The house is in great shape, and all of the appliances are like brand new. They also make it easy to pay rent every month.

Excellent Management!. As the owner of a rental property in Mountain's Edge, I needed the management services of GWM because it was becoming too much for me to handle on my own. They have kept my property in immaculate condition and they get quality tenants in the home that never miss a payment!
