Cleanliness is an issue. My relaxing expectation turned to disgust when the woman giving me a facial blew her nose during my treatment and didn't wash her hands. She used her phone to text and apparently didn't think I could see or hear and didn't wash her hands.....and she left the room and didn't wash her hands upon return. Even having sanitizer smell would have comforted me. It makes me wonder what else isn't clean. It looks lovely and the prices are good, but I can't risk my safety. Especially with the health concerns in the valley right now. I hope they step up and take this area more serious in the future.

Fantastic First Class Spa!. We came here for a Bachalorette Party Spa Day. The service was fantastic & the spa was top notch. There were so many extra little touches that you don't find even at the really expensive Hotel Spas. My 2 hour massage with Jerry was the best I have ever had (I really like my massages deep, and Jerry did this effortlessly throughout the whole 2 hours). Extra touches were the heated massage table, heated booties, scented alcohol spray wash before they massage your face, & water & drinks in the tranquility waiting room. They have a small cafe/deli in the spa which also makes delicious quality sandwhiches. Everyone one that worked there made things extra special and had great attitudes, you can tell they enjoyed working there! The locker/bathroom was immaculately clean, and they provided everything you need. I was really bummed that I don't live in Vegas to make Jerry my regular masseuse and Micro Spa as my regular place! The other girls all loved thier services. The manicure/pedicures looked especially good by Kim. Everyone loved how she shaped thier nails & meticulously painted.
