I started Iyengar Yoga about 5 years ago and it has significantly improved my life (mentally and physically). The use of props (blocks, straps, chairs, rope wall) has allowed me to work to the best of my ability and not get discouraged when learning. My bone density has improved over the last two years as a direct result of yoga. Aileen and Steve are great at meeting individual needs in a classroom situation. I recommend Iyengar Yoga with Aileen and Steve for all levels no matter what your physical condition.

I've been taking Iyengar Yoga classes since 1999 and so when I moved to Las Vegas in 2002 I was thrilled to find out that there was a high level instructor in the area. Although I have closer access to other yoga classes I travel to the BKS Iyengar Yoga Center because I know I'm getting the best quality teachers and instruction. Over the years of watching the skill of Aileen instructing the beginner, intermediate and advanced person all in the same class is impressive. RC
Pros: Easy access, easy parking, small classes, convenient times
