Not Professional - Just Money Grabbers. Don't bother!! Rude rude SUPER rude. All they want is your money and don't really care about healing any pains. I purchased a couple Fox5Rewards group buys and unfortunately couldn't make it in time to use due to health issues. Called to at least talk to them about it, but they didn't want to hear it. All I got was so sorry, money lost, don't bother me, bye bye. Any other place would at least allow me to use them for actual cost. Don't bother buying through Fox4Rewards and don't bother with this "Spa" place. There ain't nothing spa like about it.
