The BEST! by far Shari Sanderson is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

I have been buying properties in Las Vegas over the past 4 years and found that Shari knowledge and insight into the market is second to none.

I can't see myself ever working with anyone but Shari, I trust her judgement, direction and know that she always have her clients first on mind.

I have recently used the real estate services of Award Realty with Shari Sanderson representing me as a Buyer's Agent. I found Shari to be very knowledgable with the Las Vegas market and came away feeling very educated about my real estate buying decisions. Shari had been recommended to me by a fellow business associate after watching an interview of her on an ABC television program discussing her recognition among buyers as the, "Vegas Foreclosure Vulture". I would have to agree with this 100%! She is a great negotiator and well-informed with the current buying/selling strategies in Vegas.

Scumbag Award. The only award this company should receive is the biggest scumbags in the Las Vegas market. It is very suspect that no one else has posted their unprofessional experiences because there are many others who have been ripped off by this company. The Real Estate Board needs to investigate this company and quickly to protect any future people who use them.

Award Realty Agent Shari Sanderson Is the Best!!!!. Shari Sanderson is amazing! She she so intelligent when it comes to the real estate market she goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. I would very highly recommend her to anyone. She helped my buy my first home and is always available when you need her. if you are looking for a great real estate agent this is your girl!

Award Realty Agent Shari Sanderson is amazing. Shari Sanderson with Award realty is an amazing agent. I had three other agents taking me around to the high rises and they had no idea what they were talking about. Shari new exactly where to take me to get good deals. She is well connected and knows what she is doing. I have now purchased three investment properties from her. She calls me when she finds a killer deal and I buy. She knows this market and I do not suggest going with anyone else but her.

Nightmare. Horrible experience!! This realty company manages the rental property I live in, it lost track of payments, wanted to evict me. After I produced cancelled checks didn?t even get an apology, thought all was cleared it up despite paying months in advance still received eviction notice from court on my door. Turns out they made a mistake was meant for a different address they manage. Still in the house looking to move soon. still didn?t get apology.
