Simply Amazing AYCE Sushi!. Despite the ambiance (which is crowded, mismatched, and somewhat sketchy), their sushi is simply amazing. I went on a Monday (cardinal sin for sushi eating), yet the sushi/food was very fresh and flavorful. One can tell the pride that goes into serving their fresh delicious cuisine with the first bite. Free house sake, Bud Light, and soda was included in the $26.95 Monday AYCE dinner special (though the beverages are not offered every day).

Service was good (more like 3 - 3.5 star), but much like the ambiance, it becomes not that important once you taste the food.

They offer a frequent diner card with every 10 AYCE, one free.

Best Sushi in Vegas. Five stars for Sushi on Rainbow... literally. Sushi on Rainbow is on the NE corner of Rainbow & Spring Mountain and their food here is superb! I believe it's $20 all-you-can-eat lunch & $25 all-you-can-eat-dinner. Their ingredients are always delicious and at the peak of freshness. There are very few places in Las Vegas where you can find affordable (and good) all-you-can-eat sushi. Sushi Roku at the Fashion Show has very Americanized sushi and The Original Osaka is "ok" but rather expensive. Even SushiSamba at the Palazzo/Venetian is too trendy for its own good. The authenticity and flavor just isn't there. Be sure to pick up a Buy 9 get 1 free (or something in that nature). Even more opportunity to get your money's worth and so much more.

Great Quality, Excellent Value. Located off the Strip, Sushi on Rainbow's a pretty unassuming place located in (surprise) one of Vegas' many strip malls. The place was easy to find via car and not terribly busy. Two things set this all you can eat sushi place from places like Todai. One, they roll the sushi when you place the order (which makes them fresher). Two, they include their specialty rolls in their all-you-can-eat special. I don't know of any place that would include Caterpillar Rolls, Dragon Rolls, etc in their buffet. Essentially, 3 specialty rolls will get you your money's worth at this place. My date and I have been to quite a few sushi places and when we go all out, our bill typically ends up north of the $120 mark. A $50 bill for the two of us was quite the bargain, especially since the quality was comparable to places like Sushi Roku and Kaizen. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. Skip the more expensive places on the Strip and get your fill at Sushi on Rainbow.

Fast, Good Value, Friendly. Friendly staff & customers along with great value and good quality sushi make this my favorite sushi place in vegas. I like the less trendy atmosphere... and don't miss the free all you can drink with your all you can eat sushi on Sundays and Mondays. Yoshi is a funny animated sushi chef. The rolls and ngiri are not dainty portions... I mean they slice the salmon thick baby. Yummy cajun albacore, and try the orion or tiger rolls which are my favorites

Never-ending sushi is the M.O. at this straightforward sushi spot.. In Short
Tucked into a strip mall with a pizza eatery, a sub shop and a Cajun restaurant, this joint is small, with cluttered walls. But when patrons come here, they're focused on the food, not the decor. Space at the sushi bar is limited, but they'll serve customers all-they-can-eat from any of the high or low-top tables. There are plenty of rolls to choose from, but the California and spicy tuna never seem to get old.

EXCELLENT!!. This place is da bomb. I will never go to another sushi place in this town. You can go a la carte if you wish, but if you decide to go AYCE, you just order whatever you want, and the chefs will prepare it for you, fresh. The best part of this place is that every single employee in this place is authentic Japanese, and so is their sushi. I've had some best Hamachi and Salmon that you could ask for during my AYCE trip here, for $20.95 for lunch, $23.95 for dinner. Quality is top notch, almost NOBU good, at fraction of the price. So, if you crave some excellent sushi and don't want to pay outragous mark-ups for hip, club atmosphere, this place has no competition in this town. Two thumbs way up (coming from a real Japanese person who actually knows sushi).
