Excellent Chinese food. We've eaten at KJ Kitchen several times. Food has always been excellent. We particularly like to go with a group of about 8 people so that we can have a variety of foods. One word of caution: be sure to tell your server to bring things one course at a time otherwise things may arrive in any order. We've never ordered any fresh from the tank fish, but have seen many others who did and their meals looked excellent. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas.

Dead fish floating.... If you are looking for great chinese- DO NOT EAT HERE. Upon entering, there are large fish tanks full of lobster, crawfish, etc. Sounds great, right? Wrong? Looking closer, there were also dead fish heads floating in tanks. Isn't this a health violation? You are probably wondering why I ate here, considering what I saw....still not sure. The service is terrible- they do not speak to the customers. I ordered the Wor Won Ton Soup which was decent, but it had white fish in the soup, which made me wonder if it wasnt the body of the dead fish heads floating at the front of the restaurant. Really, really, really bad.
