Great Service. A dealer you can trust!. I have bought and leased many Cadillacs from Cadillac of Las Vegas West and Cadillac West. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. I have had a few problems with the cars but the service department has always promptly and courteously repaired them. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy or repair a Cadillac

horrific service. Numerous trouble w/ warranty work. Bought new cadillac but it was delivered w/ all kinds of defects. I purchased Touch of Class and can't even get warranty work done. I make arrangements and no one knows what's going on when I bring it in. No respect for their customer's time I've had trouble with the east and west stores. They have been through numerous managers. They have misrepresented many things to us and refuse to own up to their mistakes.
