I would highly suggest this dealership!. If and when you go to cadillac you must see "Doug Kohl" the sales manager. He took the time to go over everything! In fact everyone that I talked to was friendly and informative. I would highly suggest this dealership!

This was, hands down, the best experience. This was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Every aspect of this experience was thoughtful and enjoyable. The whole staff exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Great sales, great service. I bought a used CTS from Caddlic of Las Vegas and It was one of the best buying experiances I have ever had. (Thanks Ron Kolek). I few months later I had my check engine light come on called Ron and he set me an appointment with the service department. I was greeted by a gentleman named Doug. He looked at my car and found I left my gas cap loose (duh). He had the shop take my car in for like 6 mins and they cleared something. All this and Doug says no charge. Blew me away! Great sales great service!!!!

Quality service. I have been a customer of Cadillac of Las Vegas since 2004. I have worked with Glenda, Vic, Norm, and of course Doug Ellis. I followed Doug from the other store. Doug always greets me by name and he is the only on that I let handle the service on my Escalade. I am on my second Cadillac with Cadillac of Las Vegas. Recently the Escalade was vandalized and the electronics stolen. Doug went above and beyond to find me a replacement unit after he had called Cadilac and there waws a nation wide backorder. As a professional I demand quality service,the same as I give my clients. Doug Ellis affords me that luxury. I highly recommend Doug when you need Cadillac service.

I love the cadillac brand. I love the cadillac brand. I have bought 4 cadillacs from Cadillac of Las Vegas West over the past 20 years. They have always been courtesous and honest to me. The service department is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them to my friends and family

Best customer service. I have purchased many cadillacs from many different dealers across the u.s. and this is my second purchase of cadillac vehicle from cadillac of las vegas and i wold never purchase another cadillac from any other dealer. cadillac of las vegas provided me with simply the best customer service experience i ever had. it was a pleasure dealing with this dealership from start to finish, cadillac of las vegas continues to provide the most knowledgeable, courteous, and proffessional sales and support staff in the industry, my compliments to moe the m.m. for maintaining such a proffessional dealership. thanks to l.j. and vik for giving me a great deal on a great car and i look forward to another purchase, a special thanks to dave M. for his personal attention and proffessionalism. The best cadillac dealership in town. Cadillac of the Las Vegas West is by far the best cadillac dealerships in town. I purchased my first cadillac from them and they made my purchasing experience quick and simple. They worked hard for me to get the car of my dreams. The service department is excellent. They always treated me like their own family. Thank you Cadillac of Las Vegas West for exceeding all my expectations!
