Also note that ALL or these "customers" reviewed EXACTLY the same 20 or so companies. These reviews are obviously plants bought and paid for. Great sales, great service. I bought a used CTS from Caddlic of Las Vegas and It was one of the best buying experiances I have ever had. (Thanks Ron Kolek). I few months later I had my check engine light come on called Ron and he set me an appointment with the service department. I was greeted by a gentleman named Doug. He looked at my car and found I left my gas cap loose (duh). He had the shop take my car in for like 6 mins and they cleared something. All this and Doug says no charge. Blew me away! Quality service. I have been a customer of Cadillac of Las Vegas since 2004. I have worked with Glenda, Vic, Norm, and of course Doug Ellis. I followed Doug from the other store. Doug always greets me by name and he is the only on that I let handle the service on my Escalade. I am on my second Cadillac with Cadillac of Las Vegas. Recently the Escalade was vandalized and the electronics stolen. Doug went above and beyond to find me a replacement unit after he had called Cadilac and there waws a nation wide backorder.
