Go to another dealership... Sold me a used VW with a quarter tank of gas and the alignment off, which I noticed as I was leaving but they were closing. I called and made an appointment to have the car looked at, letting them know that the steering was off, my tank was empty, and was having some strange electrical problems. Upon showing up 2 weeks later, I was told thy there was nothing they could do about the gas and that they couldn t fix the car because it s not a Nissan. Also, the free oil change that I got in the mail only applies to their dealership if you bought a Nissan, awesome. Buying a car continues to be the worst possible experience ever, thanks for nothing; I won t ever be back.
Just moved to Vegas recently and was looking for Nissan dealer to service my Juke. Couldn't find any review for the service dept so I decide to roll my dice and went to Desert Nissan. The place exceed my expectations,Jason Cote was very knowledgeable and helpful and they put me in a rental for free so I dont have to stay there wait for my car to be done. Cali at the rental car dept. was very nice. I been to other dealers in CA and NV.. this place is on the top of my list.
Outstanding sales. Car buying at it's best. The staff and salesman (David Froemming) were very nice and personable. They allowed me to take my time and go over every little detail without any hint of attitude. They were very flexible and offered a great deal. I had been shopping not only in Vegas but within a 500 mile radius. David never pressured me into buying anything that speaks volumes over a lot of other salesman at other dealerships. It took a while to get the deal done and head out of the door but well worth it in the end. If you are in the market for a new car without a lot of hassle then go and see David Froemming. He is great!
Best Car Buying Experience Ever.
This is the way car buying should be, no bull, no hassles straight up honest people who want you to be HAPPY! Our salesman, Joe Spann was personable, flexible and easy to work with. The process still took a few hours but it wasn't the usual bore. Chris Ditmore gave us the lowest price upfront and some extras we did not expect.
We have purchased LOTS of cars, Porsches, BMWs, Jeeps, Dodges, Toyotas etc., and this was by far the smoothest and most tolerable of them all. I dreaded having to go to buy a car expecting all of the usual nonsense; lies, manipulations and fluff. No balloons here ladies and gents, just honest guys making a living.
So, if you need a vehicle, and detest the stereotypical car salesman routine, you won't get it here, check them out and ask for Joe Spann.
awsome people. We just purchased a 2012 Frontier, we did our homework on the internet, took that information to David Froemming the internet specialist and he matched our price for that vehicle, no b.s. very helpful, no haggling, did not push for a sale, very very nice experience, i am also planning on buying another vehicle from him. Honest people, also his manager Elie was very helpful. Thank you Desert Nissan for an easy experience into buying a vehicle.
Bad service experience.

Run As Fast As You Can!. My second review. I bought a new Altma in Dec. 06. [Tennessee} my visor broke and I took it to Desert Nissan for repair at which time I was informed they would have to run a check on it for a recall on the motor. Quincy [service manager] [ what a joke! ] told me later that day everything looked good and I could pick up my car the following morning. When my boyfriend got there they told him it would be about an hour. At which time I called Desert Nissan and they informed me they changed the motor. Now I am wondering why Quincty has lied to me. I told my boyfriend something just did not feel right about this.I felt like now I would have problems with this motor. [you know, gut feeling] Well guess what; now it is leaking oil Now I have to take it back in to ANOTHER dealership to fix it. The motor only has about 700 miles or so on it. Desert Nissan sux! Stay away from them! I bought the car new. I will never buy another Nissan product again! Chevy will get my business again. Sorry I ever strayed from you. The only reason I gave D. N. one star was because the web site made me before I could post this rating.
They ran me out. They yelled at me and ran me out when I question the price difference between their website and the dealership. I was yelled at all the way to my car and then to I had 5 minutes to vacate the premises.
