This is for the service department. I purchased a groupon for Oilchange and they were listed as a provider. As soon as I walked in, they entered my information quickly and got the process going with no wait time. The service time was about an hour, but they have refreshments and a computer to make the wait easier. Everyone was very nice and courteous. My coupon was only for a oil change, but they washed my car too! Definitely went the extra mile, even for someone with a coupon!
I have been coming to this store for years. Have always received honest dealings from the guys in service all the way to the guys in the front of the store. I purchased a 2013 TL recently and what a car! Chip was a fantastic salesman and the manager (Chris Biehl) actually made the whole experience better than I would have anticipated for a car purchase, actually treated us like family. Thank you. You earned a client for life!
I dread car dealers for service. I
almost never think I am getting a good deal and I always think I am a second class citizen.
That is, until now. Acura of Las Vegas is a class act. Their service advisors are friendly and they always will give me the coupon price if they have a coupon covering the service. They also informed me when we were a few hundred miles before our factory warranty ended so they could do certain services without cost to us. Their waiting room provides snacks such as bagels, donuts, a variety of soda and hot beverages, televisions and magazines. They always remember to wash the exterior of the car.
So far I have never had a bad experience at Acura of Las Vegas. Other dealer service departments could benefit from copying this excellent team.
I've been coming here to do maintenance on my mdx since moving to the area last spring. Always a pleasure to be greeted by Delphino and my service rep, Jonathan, is a very personable and provides great customer service. I never feel that I am pushed to do unnecessary services like many other dealers try to force upon you. Their prices are reasonable too. They are very accommodating in scheduling appointments.
Received service second to none on April 8th at Acura of Las Vegas. First point of contact with Gennieve (internet sales) was excellent and professional and this carried forward with senior salesperson Louie. I was very impressed with Louie's knowledge of the vehicle, his emminent professionalism, and his ability to relate to others in a personal and genuine manner. To top it off, the general sales manager gave me more than a fair deal with my trade-in. The car is fantastic, and it's difficult to imagine a better sales experience. Thank you!

I tried to buy a Acura Tl from other dealers in Nevada and thought I was going to have to go back to California like I did last time. Decided to give Acura of Las Vegas another try and I couldn't be happier I did.
