As a woman going to a car dealership for a new vehicle is always a nightmare. I had to buy a new car and decided to bite the bullet and go alone. I worked with Jonathan and Jeff and they were both amazing! I looked on a Wednesday evening and was contacted on Thursday with pricing. I explained what I could and could not afford and they contacted me back on Friday morning with a deal that worked for me. (By the way I had less than exceptional credit so it wasn't an easy task.) I agreed to the offer and said I'd be down after work that evening. I arrived at the dealership about 445 pm and was greeted by Jonathan explaining the process. Long story short I was in and out through finance with the exact offer we discussed verbally over the phone, no harassing up charges just a very fast and easy process. I highly recommend visiting the awesome staff at Findlay Kia Las Vegas!
Had a great experience at Findlay KIA. The sales person who helped me worked very hard to get the payment where I wanted it. I ended up with a lower monthly payment then I expected. If you are looking for a KIA go to Findlay and ask for Lito.
The experience was painless. The people we interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. We got a fair deal without a lot of pressure on either side. I would watch out if I was one of the major three.
The Kia Soul is trash. Do not buy this car! It will break and then the dealership will find some loophole in the warranty so they don't have to fix it. I work very hard for my money and it was upsetting that I bought a newer car only to have it break. It's a money pit. I don't wish this on anyone.
AVOID! Manager is a Vile, Rude Condescending, Aggressive Man – I went to Kia today to test drive a Sportage. The car was great and the young man helping us out was very helpful. I had been looking at a Hyundai that was about $4,000 more and they offered me the SAME payment as the more expensive Hyundai. I liked this car more, and just wanted a little lower monthly cost...then in comes the manager.
He comes over and starts telling me that the payment quote I got at Hyundai can't be right. He spends the next 5 minutes aggressively insinuating that I was lying and condescendingly asks me to pull out the calculator on my phone. It was ridiculous and pompous. I finally told him to call the person at Hyundai to show I wasn't lying, that I didn't appreciate being called a liar, and that I found him really aggressive and rude.
I am an extremely mild-mannered person, so for me to actually confront him on his behavior shows my level of distress. I actually got flushed and was so angry.
Needless to say, I am planning to buy the Sportage this weekend at ANOTHER Kia dealership.
The unprofessional Manager has cost them my business and I wanted to share my experience to save others from having to be put in this situation.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Horrible customer service – Findlay Kia is a USAA recommended dealer. Which being a USAA member I decided to try them out after going to 2 other Kia dealerships. Before test driving the car, the salesman LOST a key to the car so he had to use the spare. I test drove the car, and then was sat down while they "figured out the numbers" --even before pulling my credit. I sat around for an hour and a half waiting just to fill out a credit application. They were not even busy so I had no idea what my salesman was doing. Now, I tend to be rather patient when it comes to things and I was in no rush so I let that slide. After a price was agreed upon, the check out was speedy--of course. I had some questions later on with my maintenence plan and was told to contact my sales guy ANYTIME and he'll help me out. WHATEVER. I've been waiting 2+ months for a spare key that I didn't even lose. I never get any answers back when I try and call this person. The sad part is that, 2 days after I bought the car I got a call for their "review" and I gave them a pretty decent review. I guess I should expect this from saleman to forget about you after they get their money--but since they have a high rating with USAA I thought I would of got more respect than that. I know I should be name dropping who the sales guy was, but I firmly believe that this is a big reflection on the establisment. If you can't help me, then send me to someone who can! That is all I ask. Apparently that is asking way to much. Be careful when you go here. Get everything in writting. If you do a trade it they say they have a 10 day pay off.... get that in writting--because it took them 20 days to pay my old loan off.
