Worse OPH I have ever been to!. Waited 40 minutes for apple pancake. Companion got her food within 20 minutes. I inquired about my pancake several times and was told it is coming. After an hour and 10 minutes waitress came over and said "what did you order"? By then , friend was done eating and manager said we didn't owe anything. Well it certainly didn't favor me, if she got free food and I received NO FOOD and NO APOLOGY. Will NEVER go there again.

User review by nwaterloo. I really enjoyed eating here. Not only was the food reasonably priced, the portions were huge and tasted fantastic. You have to remember that the food is cooked to order and often baked so it takes a little longer then other places but it is really worth the wait. We even managed to catch a glimpse of Vegas celebrity when we went.

This place is a mess. I have been to the OPH three times now and the service has been consistently AWFUL. I can't even begin to describe how inept the staff is, how slow the service is. What a mess. . .I cannot believe this place gets the ratings it does.

Great Big Apple Pancakes. Go for the apple pancake...I ate at another location in Willmette, IL this spring and I had to share the pancake find with my boyfriend. I would recommend sharing it--the pancake is that big and wonderful. Our waitress seemed very uninterested in service (maybe it was right after the morning rush?) but our quest for the best pancake made her inattention tolerable...There are several other locations in Las Vegas.

SERVICE :(. I went there and the service was really bad. The only one that smiled was the Hostess that had manners. We never even got a fork. I had to go on a scavenger hunt. Regardless, I was unhappy about that.

Definitely worth it!.
I went to OPH because I saw it on this site. And thinking my husband would not like it I was a bit skeptical. But believe me it was worth every dime. We went on a mini Vegas vacation (Weekend) I wanted to go Sat. & Sun. morning my hubby wanted to go back!! I loved it, pancakes were delicious, omletes huge. And could not beat the price!!
DEFINETLY RECOMMENDED!

The Best!!. Whenever we are in Vegas we go to the OHOP. The food is great, best pancakes and omelettes you can imagine anywhere. Portions are big, so we generally share. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish we had this restaurant available in Ohio.
