Poor Customer Service. This spa started out as a top rate facility in 2006 and has steadily declined over the years. The front desk help is ditsy, unorganized, and frustrating to work with as they are CLUELESS! Upon waiting for a serice I was not offered any water or refrshments and the phone constantly rang without anyone to answer. However, my service was good but the therapist continued to chatter in my ear and ask questions. I just wanted to relax - not chat. This place is not top quality. Save yourself the headache and choose another spa.

Great service and very relaxing. This is a quaint day spa. It has very reasonable prices. What I like most is that I can request the therapist I like and most times I am able to get in with them. They work with me. The prices are reasonable and they run different specials every month.
