FABULOUS!!!. Again, and again, and again Fabulous Flowers! Michelle and her staff never stop amazing me with their designs and this past Valentines Day they took my breath away! My husband started bringing me flowers from there 17 years ago and we have never been disappointed. And I love referring my family and friends because I know that they will be well taken care of. The best in town!. I have used Flowers by Michelle for EVERY event in the past 15 years and never once have I been disappointed. I LOVE going to wedding receptions where they have provided the flowers - beautiful doesn't even begin to describe them. The designers there have a real knack for creating incredible arrangements and the customer service is second to none. I have recommended Flowers by Michelle to dozens of people and companies over the years and not one has ever been disappointed. It's hard to find service like that these days.

Bad Service.
First out of all the issues, my flowers where extremely small and looked wilted. My tulips for my wedding bouquet where falling of the stems. The floral centerpieces for my reception where UGLY and not what I picked for my arrangements. Not only that, but they did not deliver my flowers on time for my wedding, they were 20 minutes late, then they were 45 minutes late to my reception. The delivery fee was in the price that I paid for up front, and they demanded a delivery fee for them to give us the centerpieces.
I called to complain and no one, and I mean no one was available. I left plenty of messages, and still no one got back to me.
I would NEVER recommend Flowers By Michelle to anyone.

This sounds more like a disgruntled employee that was let go about this time that the comment was made. I know that Flowers by Michelle would never not address any problems a bride might have. This whole situation in the comment just does not sound how I know Flowers by Michelle does business.
