This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites..
In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children
feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.…
Good Food, Poor Service. Went to P.F. Changs for my 17 y/o daughter's birthday. Things started out poorly, with every waiter ignoring our table of 6 for 10-15 mins while we sat w/o drinks. It might have been luck of the draw, but our waitress was horrible. She spent virtually no time at our table, drinks were rarely refilled, the dirty dishes were piled up everywhere and other waiters actually served us our food. I had been to another location previously and thought the food was bland, but was pleasantly surprised on this occasion. The spicy food actually had spice to it and everything was very fresh. After the main course, the rocket-scientist of a waitress wanders by, drops the check on the table and throws a few fortune cookies our way. My wife had to ask for the dessert menu, at which time the waitress sighed and said, "oh you left room for dessert?" Needless to say, the service spoiled a potentially great meal. Hopefully you will not get Waitress Einstein when you visit.…
best lettuce wraps. if your looking for friendly service and great food then this is the place for you! The chicken lettuce wraps are so delicious! The portions are large you can easily share noodles/rice. I recoment reservations as there is a line for a good reason :)…
Not so great.. This chain came highly recommended to us and we were looking forward to eating there. Unfortunately, we found the food to be very average. I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan and it was extrememly bland and tasteless. The service was great but the food left alot to be desired. The food seems to have been "Americanized" and doesn't have the taste of the more authentic Asian restaurants that we've tried.…
One of best places, even if its a chain!. The food is always of a great quality, and despite not being authentic, it is a great example of a fusion cuisine. The ambience creates a great casual yet romantic setting, depending on who you're with. There is something for everyone on the menu and you really can't go wrong here....…
