Part Department. I have bought parts from this dealer before and somewhat reluctantly given that I have had better service and luck at the dealer in Henderson. With that being said, I called to get a part that was needed next day and was told that they could overnight it. The next day the part did not come and I was told I would have to check in on Monday (3 days after initial order). It arrived and the part was picked up. I was still charged the overnight shipping. Also, previously they would give me a discount because of being in the military. This time, while in uniform, it was not offered. Not only that, I was charged more than the retail price for the part (according to GM parts direct). I don't feel that I have to ask for a given discount if it is offered and I am standing there in uniform. I was tempted to not even get the part, but I felt that would be dishonorable and I wasn't going to stoop to that level. I will NEVER buy parts from them again. Henderson Chevrolet will get my 5 stars.…

Fast and honest. Ed Bozarth Nevada Chevrolet is really one of the best in Vegas. The staff are fast, honest, and totally affordable. When you compare prices to other auto places in LV they always have the best prices.
