The employees at Vista Chevy are the most dishonest bunch of cheaters and crooks there are. I am a disabled Iraq veteran suffering from cancer. I went to this dealership to look at a car that someone tipped me off about, and was not only harassed, but held hostage by the dealership. They took the keys to my vehicle and would not return them, saying that they were having my car checked out by the service department. when I could clearly see that it was right outside where I had parked it. When questioned about this they said that the service department has the keys and can't release them until they are finished. I was notified of a reduction in the price by the person that tipped me off about the car in question, and the salespeople refused to acknowledge this and outright lied that the reduction, which would have saved me over $5000, was ever submitted. An ad in three different local car magazines came out the next day showing the car with the reduced price. When I went back to the dealership to complain and ask for my old car back, they said there was nothing they could do and it was my mistake for buying the car. Then the financing didn't go through because of insurance reasons so a representative from the dealership said I can bring the car back and take my old one back. When I got to the dealership, they told me that that's not how they do things and the car was already mine and I was stuck with it. When I asked to speak to the person who told me to bring the car back, they refused to let me, and wouldn't ask this person about the conversation. They also threatened to have the person that tipped me off about the car fired from her job with one of the three car magazines. Make sure you look before you sign they up the sales price on paper. The sticker was 19,000 they put me down for 21,000 on a truck with nothing no power windows no cd player just the basic truck single cab. They have you sign at the bottom of the page while the top is covered. Make sure they give you the sticker on the window with all the price listings as that is part of the scam to remove so you have nothing to compare it to.Mo or Mohammad was the scam artist sales guy just rude and I am so mad he made money off me. I learned my lesson watch these guys, second day of owning truck service light comes on and I called service dept to ask what it meant and got a rude answer, not happy at all even though I like the truck the staff is dishonest and someday they will be scammed by someone as what goes around comes around enjoy my money Mo as I will never send you another customer.

I took my 2005 Trailblazer in that had an intemittent electrical problem that no other dealer was able to correct. The Vista Cherolet service department found the problem right away and fixed it. They were extremely pleasant tot deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only was I able to get my truck fixed, i had them take care of some door dings and installed new wheels at the same time. PROS: Professional, courteous, knowledgable CONS:
