COX Communications hate loyal customers.
My hubby and I was with COX for over 4 years and they just add an extra 60$ to your 100$ bill after they "saved" Ur money on a bundle for 6 months. The bill was never so high before... We try to talk with a customer loyalty department and they just didn't seems to care at all.
So, pls note that this company just want to suck you in with a special promotions and then you will pay a double. After 4 years of been a loyal costumers we feel like now its time to go with a better services and chipper prices.
P.S. "YOU HAVE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR CLIENTS, NOT WITH YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES"
