Great Affordable Facility. I don't see what the previous posters are talking about. Yes, the facility is still under improvements since it is newer, but it gives me everything I need, with the potential of it getting even better over time. Never noticed any smells from the tack room, my stuff is safely stored there. I am a very tidy person and I don't see any mess on the property that offends me. The owner let's me know if she sees any kind of health concern. My horse gets fed what he needs to keep his weight balanced and he is well cared for. Great affordable rates, not sure who can possibly afford $500 a month at other facilities. At CK I feel I am definitely getting my money's worth while not breaking the bank on my hobby. Small and quiet with friendly people.

Keep Searching. I recently took a tour of the place. I have to agree with the prior post, the horses are very thin here. There was at least a few days worth of manure in the horses stalls, and the rest of the place was a mess and very disorganized. The owner showed me the tack rooms and I can't believe anyone puts their stuff in there. It smells like a rotting rodent. Tack is just thrown about, I had to step over things to walk through. The bathroom and shower are disgusting. The owner seemed oblivious to the mess and I can only imagine how the people are that board their horses here. If the way the place is kept is any proof of how the horses are taken care of, KEEP DRIVIN. Don't stop here.

Feed your horses!!!. Not a good place to keep your horse if you want them fed.
