Took off 9-inches instead of 4-inches!!. My hairstylist was Zhenia and she cut off about 9 inches, when I wanted 4 inches taken off and I showed her exactly where to cut. The cut itself was done ok, but you have to really listen to your customer when it comes to how much to actually cut off. I did NOT want my hair that short and I was certain that I had been clear about what length I wanted. After I had seen how much she cut off, I just had to take a deep breath and move on.

Terrible, overpriced. I won't be going back to Zhenia.. I got a referral from someone who gets their hair cut not colored here. I had an exact formula from my previous salon in NY and went to Zhenia. Also by the way - it was $185 at Christopher's for a "starburst" and tint (about a quarter of a head) I like caramel darker blonde type of hair/highlights. She did NOT like the fact that I had a formula (I absolutely loved my hair and colorist), did not ask me what I wanted - she immediately went to "this is what I don't like about your hair." and "this is a good formula" with alot of hostility instead of trying to get to know the client and what they want. I had to explain that I just moved and had to touch up the roots myself. Then she put a TON of highlights but luckily did follow the formula somewhat. Then she proceeded to shove my someplace UNDER HEAT (not realizing it was heat). I had to track someone down to turn off the heat as you NEVER put permanent color under heat. Also, she never offered me water or anything but I did note she did not have an assistant, so I asked the friendly girl at the desk for some water. I of course ended up really blonde. The person after me had bleachy orange hair getting touched up. Thank God I had the formula for something for her to go on. I find it interesting that there seems to be much more attitude here in Las Vegas then my more personal mid-priced Christopher's in New York. (with no back up)

Beware the butcher. I have been taking my daughter to Dolphin Court for about a year to get her eyebrows waxed. We were always happy with the service, and the atmosphere, and decided to go there for a hair cut. They absolutely BUTCHERED her hair. When I complained about it (my daughter was in tears), the receptionist said that they had to because some of her bangs were short. Well, we had just taken pictures the day before, so I pulled them out, and lo and behold, very long bangs.

no apologies, just excuses. I will NEVER be back t this location again.

Guests come here for routine beauty maintenance, relaxation or preparation for that extra special event.. In Short
The comfortable lounge area has chic furniture and updated publications that could serve as a starting point for discussion with the stylist about a transformation. Massage, waxing, and facials take place at the back of the spa. This separate lounge is dimly-lit with soft music playing in the background. Customers are encouraged to enjoy the beverages and snacks, whirlpool, sauna, eucalyptus steam room or the shower facility.

User review by spas24. My experience here was less than mediocre. The property is somewhat rundown, and it offers very few ammenities. If you are looking for the complete day spa experience, you may be disappointed. My massage therapist was great, however the services are overpriced. I also left feeling that the customer service could have been better. We stood around for several minutes before someone, assisted us before and after the service, and there were very few clients in at the time.
