Worst Customer Service Ever

I went into this beauty supply store on Lake Mead and Buffalo, I asked the girl that is behind the counter if they had any kinky curly hair products; not only was she not helpfull she was rude. I have never been to any other beauty supply store where I felt unwelcome. No worries though I will never ever spend a dime there and I will make sure I tell any and every one that will listen. I thought racism was a thing of the past but if you go there you will indeed step back into 1930. I am a business owner and if any of my employees ever acted the way that girl behaved I would be livid.
Excellent staff and products!

I have been going to Beauty Center on Lake Mead (and the one one Charleston) for YEARS! I have always had excellent help with selecting products. My hair is a little wiry so the girls up front suggested something that I found works wonders! As far as the other review about the "young girls", she might have gotten a new one. I've seen new staff there but they get trained pretty quick and are always helpful and cheerful to me! The store is LOADED with products for hair, nails, skin, everything! I love it!
- Pros: Convenient, great selection, nice trained staff
- Cons: Sorry, but I love this store!
The Beauty Store

This happens to be a great beauty store. You can find skincare lines such as Dermalogica, Murad and others if they keep them in stock. Also, if you get a young girl to help you, like I have, they will have no idea what you're talking about and you really have to look for everything yourself. They do have some good sales on ceramic irons and hair care products. I'm just warning you in advance not to expect the greatest help once you get there. You'll be doing the looking and asking for prices and the girls seem to be put out. Oh well, that's the way these kids treat these jobs. I think they could be 16 or older to work there so you're most likely going to get a youngin' because all the rest with experience work in the salon behind the store. It's open until 9PM and one block from Wild Oats.
- Pros: Open late, has beauty lines that you can't find at department stores
- Cons: Girls have no clue where anything is, they'd rather not look for it and sell nothing then look for it. You must do your own shopping and looking for prices.
