Jagged Edge has got to be the worst salon I have ever some across when it comes to customer service. I booked an appt. a month in advice for a mani/pedi only to receive a phone call two days prior telling me the manicurist is sick and they have to change my appt. The only appt. they said they could give me with another manicurist was not for one week. And so...I waited...then they called me the day before the second appt. to tell me the other manicurist left the salon, so they had to reschedule me again with another manicurist in a week. Well, I basically told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine and made the decision to never visit one of their salons. As far as the quality of the work they do, I guess I'll never know...but their customer service skills are HORRIFIC!!!
I am All womens nightmare. Went to my 3rd appt...I won't name hairdresser...Please Beware!!!...I am going to make it short...He overprocessed my hair and I now have 1/2" of hair left...over my entire head...No apology..no compassion...oh I was told "HE" couldn't sleep that night...I don't care how many good reviews this place gets...just one as serious as this cancels all of them!!!!!!!
