I went back to this location because of a previous great experience. Tire rotation was promised to be completed in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I decided to wait. Two hours later, my car was still parked where I left it. I was told they were backed up and they would pull it in right now. I asked for my keys and left.

Can't ask for more.. When my clutch on my Celica went out I was completely distraught. This is my first and only car and I know absolutely nothing about car repair. I used Pep Boys towing service and had my car towed to this location. I was on the phone with one of the technicians trying to get prices to fix it and when they told me, my jaw dropped to the floor. However, somehow he managed to find a way to make the repair much less expensive. My main concern is being taken advantage of since I don't know anything about cars. My car was fixed and out of the shop the very next day. Then no more than a month later my distributor went out. I took my car straight back to them and the service was still great. The only thing I wasn't too impressed with is that there are 1 or 2 people who work the counter that are kind of rude, but everyone who was working in the shop was very helpful and friendly.
