I got a gun for my dad and I was really happy with the prices and service. The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help with my obnoxious questions. I found what I was after and on my budget. Thanks for you help! It was a great birthday give he'll enjoy for years.

THE BEST GUN STORE IN VEGAS!!. The BEST gun shop in town!!!! Great customer service from Jack, Sal and Sebastian. They took extra time to explain my new gun and its funtions. They gave me a military discount and were very helpful! Dont go waste your time at the other guys store. This will be my gun store for life!

Can be good at times. I have had mixed experiences there. Sometimes people are friendly and helpful and other times I have felt ignored. But again it depended on who was working. Have always found what I needed.

Improving Customer Service. I must admit from my previous visits were not exactly met with the greatest of customer service. Always the optimist I gave them another chance as they are the only store, in my opinion, in Vegas that seemes to have a good stock of powder and primers. From my last visit they were all helpful and friendly and I would gladly recommend anyone to shop there.

Poor Service, lack of concern. Gave the manager a simple transfer. It took 5 weeks and 4 follow-up phone calls.

Each call was like beginning all over..and this was the manager!

Agreed with the other review..the trash all over outside should have been a clue. Also, didn't know or read the reviews.
