Don"t Bother!. I figured since they are Zagut rated that SOMETHING would be decent about this place. We were staying at Sam's Town and wanted something different than Fridays so we tried Willy & Jose's. The place looks like a dark cave, ok romantic, I think. Upon closer inspection you realize its to hide the fact they need to spruce up a bit AND perhaps sweep the floor. Our waiter Fernando was nice enough, but even the best waiter could not make up for the awful food and drinks. They have a huge billboard down the road advertising a"bottomless Margarita". It's not even worth the bother, after your first, the rest are frozen margaritas that tasted like a lime flavored salty and syrupy goop!

The food was OK going down. I wll just say in almost 40 years of eating in different places all around the country this was the worse I have EVER experienced. If you are visiting from out of town, bring the Pepto or Tums I promise you WILL need it!

Very good food and drinks. We have visited this restaurant several times and find it excellent and better yet, consistent in quality. We've eaten items from every section of the menu and have never been disappointed in our selection. The service is good and the bar serves a pretty good and inexpensive Margarita. Since it is in a casino parking is easy. One of the better Mexican restaurants is Las Vegas.

Not too bad. We actually go here quite a bit. It is off the strip, close to home, and casual. The lobster bisque and spinach salad are really top notch and they serve a pretty decent corn bread. Now, I am originally from the midwest and there is NO PLACE in Vegas to get good, real, BBQ. Not Lucilles, not Memphis, not anyplace that comes highly regarded as "the best bbq in Vegas" stands up to what BBQ is supposed to be, period. I wish everyone would just give it up, it ain't happenin'. Billy-Bobs is just a real comfortable and fun place to go. Good service and good food, I definately recommend the BBQ Brisket. Billy -Bobs is just a steak house, not trying to be anything else. But honestly it is pretty decent. We have fun there.

Best service, Awesome steaks, Great atmosephere,. Incredible restaurant, great food, excellent service, great value for the money, I love going here for my birthday and my anniversary and any other time I can get my husband to go, it`s not hard, He loves it as much as I do! We highly recommend it to everyone we know ! The steaks are some of the Best In Vegas ! ! ! ! !

Great Food & Great Service!. I am a local here in Nevada and have had the pleasure of trying all sorts of new restaurants from around the world. It's no wonder why Willy & Jose's is among one of the best in Las Vegas, a Zagat Award winning restaurant too! They have a great staff, chef's, and just all around great atmosphere. The food is awesome and about as authentic as it gets! I have relatives that fly in from Seattle all the time and the first thing they ask me is if I've made reservations for Willy & Jose's yet!

Argyqueen. I have visited the establishment on more than one ocassion. Service, Food and portion have always been the best. I am originally from Chicaog and have dined at some of the best steak houses in the country. FOR THE MONEY, VALUE AND SERVICE THIS PLACE CAN NOT BE BET. The lobster bisque is to die for. This is my second visit this month. I took others with me on my recomdation and they all agreed.

Always the best. Always tops! I have been to Billy Bob's dozens of times and have never been disappointed! The food and atmosphere are excellent and the service is top notch- The most entertaining staff you could find! I never hesitate to recommend Billy Bob's to anyone!

Simply Delicious. I have had the pleasure of eating at Billy Bob's on several occassions. The food is excellent and portion sizes can't be beat. The staff service is outstanding.

Simply the best. Billy Bob's offers great food at reasonable prices, has excellent service and is a comfortable, relaxing place to unwind after doing some gaming. I would heartily recommend this place
