Ripped off by Albertson's. I used to be a frequent shopper at my local Albertsons until they refused to help me. I went through the self check out line and the computer froze right after I swiped my card. It charged my bank account double. So I called them to let them know what happened and the person who does the books said that everything was correct in the books from that day, and the only way that I could have it fixed is if we called our bank. So I had my bank dispute the charge. Needless, to say I am $40 less in my bank account for their computer's mistake. Being a teacher, my salary does not allow extra money to give Albertson's money.

They charge too much for groceries and do not value their customers. We have now moved our business to other stores such as Fresh n' Easy and Smith's. I just have to say that I had an issue with the computer freezing at Fresh n' Easy, and they gave me $10 off my bill for the inconvenience which was not necessary, but it was very nice. This is the first time I have had a problem with Albertson's, but I am so disappointed that I can't shop their anymore.
