Phenomenal Store

My husband and I purchased our Hot Springs spa from Spas by Renee, and were absolutely pleased with our experience.

It was nice to purchase our spa from a dealer that actually knew the "in's" and "out's" of their product. The staff also acknowledged our big investment, and were courteous to all of our questions and concerns.

More than pleased with Spas by Renee and recommend them to all of our friends.

If your looking for a spa...Look no further

Well I can't agree with the other reviews since my experience was great. My family bought a spa from Renee almost 15 years ago (which they still have and use) and they highly recommended I go to her. I shopped around to other stores in town and found the usual pitch from sales people saying how they were the only good spa out there. Spas by Renee knew it was a big purchase and was very patient with my back and forth approach. Renee was so helpful with any questions I had. Really made my wife and I feel like top priority even now 7 months after buying, They are confident in their product and since they have been selling Hot Spring for almost 30 years, I had total confidence in my purchase. If any business can last 30 years in Las Vegas must be doing something right. Don't listen to the bad reviews, go in for yourself and you'll see how great and personal your experience will be.

no relaxtion with this spa experience

Very poor customer service and they sell bad products. Within 3 months of purchasing my spa, I have had the technician out to service my spa 7 times. Staff will not listen to you when you call and describe the problem you are experiencing. Their solution is to let the "spa cool off or clean the filter". My suggestion is keep driving past this store and find someone else to buy your spa from. You will save yourself grief and frustration.
